Ok this thing is sharp and does what a knife should! But holy cow it’s huge! I have little hands so debating on keeping it or not! But great quality!

This knife is beautiful. It is the perfect chef knife for someone who loves to cook. It was a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter who was using a very dull knife and mentioned it numerous times. It arrived to her beautifully wrapped in a box but it doesn’t have a knife case. After a few uses, she said it was a little big for her hands. I offered to return it she said she would get use to it. She did. It’s a great purchase but 6 stitches later not so good for her. Please be super careful when using this knife.

Seems to be good quality and very, very sharp. Needed to cut sweet potatoes pre-cooking and so far it’s serving me well. Would definitely buy this brand again.

お料理が楽しくなるよい包丁です。重量バランスがとてもいいです。刃が限りなくストレート形状な、菜切り包丁を使ってきたその感覚で、（斧のような緩やかな曲線の刃の）本包丁で、まな板上の食材使ったところ、切り残しができてしまうなと、はじめ、感じましたが、このような曲線の刃の包丁は、前後にスライドさせる動作をすればよいのだと気が付きました。グリップ形状がとても良いです。握る手のポジションを、一定の位置に、しっかりと落ち着かせるグリップ形状です。そのおかげで、刃のアゴ部分（手元の尖った部分）に、指が不用意に接近したり、触れたりしてしまうことがなく、安心感があります。刃のアゴ部分の先端部は、直角よりもやや鈍角になっていて、怖さが和らげられ安心感があります。S字カーブの曲線形状で作られた＂アゴ＂は、先端は鈍角なのに、とても使いやすいです。4つ割にしたリンゴの芯を、この包丁のアゴを使って取り除きましたが、通常の直角で直線形状のアゴの包丁よりも使いやすく、大変感心しました。◇◇◇商品説明画像中に、刃の厚み2.4ミリとありますが、それは嘘で、実測2.1ミリでした。この刃の高さで、峰部分の厚み2.4ミリだとしたら、かなり分厚い刃だし、切り込む時の抵抗感を心配していましたが、その心配は無用でした。三徳包丁として、普通の厚みだと思います。ブレードを爪で弾くと、キーンと高い、よい音が鳴ることから、刃の材は、それなりの高炭素な刃物用のステンレス材だと感じます。この包丁と同じサイズで、よく似た形で、ハンドルが木材（＂本通し＂仕様）の製品が、Boloに出てます。そっちは少し高いのですが上述した、本製品のとても良いハンドルの形状があるので、オールステンレスが嫌いでなければ、こっちの商品が買いだと思います。
