These came with samples of cream. I found too hot to sleep in (hot sleeper). But, I put them on with lotion and wear during the day with socks. Someone had commented slightly big in heel. I wear ladies size 7 and they are slightly big in the heel, but it doesn’t seem to cause an issue. I can comfortably wear with shoes. My heels improved in a very short time

I have a chronicallycracked and bleeding heel that nothing seemed to work on. I was skeptical at first when I placed my order but in just 24 hours of using the product my heel is amazing. I wear a size 7 to 8 shoe depending on the style and a medium fit great. I am wearing it with my sneakers and it is so comfortable during the day. I highly recommend trying this product.

THEY WORK GOOD. I’m lowering stars for listing confusion. I’m sorry but for two pieces of silicone I would never have paid forty dollars. I gave three stars because they work well and I just opened the box but I am very disappointed in not getting two SETS, (FOUR individual) heel pieces. I understand “pack of 2” was referring to two individuals. But I have TWO FEET! I would ASSUME a set is TWO! So if it says “pack of two” for FORTY DOLLARS I am going to assume I’m getting two sets of two!!! Better wording would help. “Two individual cups” (or whatever term they prefer) would have helped. Pack of two in the main description can be misleading, and for FORTY dollars I assumed $10 a foot was pricey but understanding. TWENTY DOLLARS A SILICONE CUP! Would not have purchased. bought to use with a gf and now I cannot justify buying again.

My heels were so cracked that they snagged the carpet, got stuck then would rip and bleed. Over and over again. It would hurt to walk on my heels, they would not heal properly... I would pick the dry edges and make it bleed more when I peeled the skin off, it was just a vicious cycle. I tried lotions but hate getting stains all over my sheets, socks are too hot to wear to sleep, this was the perfect solution, I apply my foot cream and then this heel cup and it feels so much better even after the first use! I paid $40 for one pair which I thought was rather expensive but it’s reusable and my feet seriously feel SO MUCH better.

For those of us trying to decide if we should get the adjustable heel cups, or these size "medium" non-adjustable heel cups... Let me just inform you that if your foot is women's size 8 or larger, these are going to be too small.There's a good possibility that maybe even some size 7's will find these too small - depending on the size of your ankle/foot. I've managed to wear these overnight on only two separate occasions - the top strap digs into the top of my foot so bad that they left indentation marks on both my feet for a good 6 hours after taking them off. The silicone itself is a very heavy duty silicone - it is not very stretchy.Honestly, I am severely disappointed in this company's products. I have purchased multiple items from them and, after my initial positive impressions, I have come to realize that there are quite a few design flaws and product flaws.For how much these heel cups cost, potential customers should at least be provided with a way to measure if they fit before purchasing - especially considering they don't offer any other non-adjustable sizes. Purchasers basically have to "just hope for the best!" The only other option is their adjustable heel cup - with the magnetic clasp being a serious design downfall.Can you walk in them during the day? Honestly I don't see why the company says you shouldn't cautioning that you might damage them - this is absolute nonsense. Like I said, these are made out of pretty heavy duty silicone. I wear my adjustable heel cups around the house all day long for the last 3 months without a problem (aside from having to wear a pair of socks over them because the magnetic closure is useless).If you are lucky enough to have petite little feet, then these heel cups are for you!

I am beyond happy that I found this. My right heel was cracked so bad no matter how much lotion I would put on daily. It would when hurt. I couldn't really tell after one or two times using this but I didn't want to give up too soon so I used it every night for a week. My heel is completely healed after a few weeks of use! I know just use it once a week for maintenance. I wish I did before photos but I also don't want to post my feet on the internet either
