I had a minor issue with the pen and it was resolved via 1 email and, it actually was my fault and not the company! (Typical male, didn't read the instructions thoroughly)!I sent them email requesting assistance around 11 pm est and with in 5 minutes I had a response from a real person. Mind you, there is a 5 hour time difference and it was around 4 am when they replied. Who does that!The craftsmanship, weight, design and writing resistance to me are beyond perfection! Due to the numerous admirers of this pen, it should have a tracker incorporated into it somewhere! I used the cartridges (instead of ink well) and it's nice to have the room to store an extra cartridge inside the pen. The container it arrived in what also very well thought out! I've owned countless numbers of pens from numerous organizations, manufacturers and countries, having served in the US Navy and purchasing writing implements from every country I visited. I'm now 58 years old and finally, I've obtained the best of the best, the creme de la creme, if you will! Being prior military and law enforcement, I've penned thousands of letters ( computers weren't available then) and I've never held a pen as fine as this one! Yes, i could have retired with the money I've spent on purchasing pens, some costing over $200 in my desperation to find the "PERFECT" pen! Indeed, it's off my bucket list and due to its quality, I'm sure handing it down to my adult children, will be an honor for me and them as well!I simply, cannot say enough about this pen. I would recommend replacing the "wanna-be" pens the President of the United States uses and hands out, with this one!Lastly, I highly commend the company for rigidly standing up for their products, for their commitment and dedication to the quality of their products and should be the "poster" company for customer satisfaction!Sincerely, Thomas

The pen has a beautiful finish & has a classic design. I especially love the weight of it as compared to other fountain pens. The converter that comes with it works very well (much better than pilot converters haha) and there was no leakage at all. I had some problems with the nib but it was quickly addressed by the seller after an email and they very kindly offered a refund as they couldn’t ship a replacement to my country. Amazing pen that is value for money and very sincere customer service! They sent me a list of official links where I can get replacement nibs from :) can’t wait to write with it again!

The pen is absolutely flawless. It's been a daily workhorse for the past 9 months. The writing experience is amazing, and it glides so effortlessly that the only thing I can compare it to is an air hockey table puck.The company stands behind their product 100%, and when "someone" clumsy accidentally bent the nib, they happily sent a whole replacement pen. What a relief from the usual excuses/fine print/runaround that sadly appears to be the new norm!I am truly sold as their customer for life.

Pen is fun to use. It has a nice feature of being able to refill from an ink bottle or just use the cartridges. Both are provided with purchase of fountain pen. different nibs are available, I am using the fine nib and using the refillable cartridge. Ink dries quickly so doesn't smear.

I have absolutely fallen in love with this pen. Top to bottom it is beautiful and well made. Simple piston style ink fill up. Writing with it has been a joy, and the words feel like they flow out of it. My handwriting has never looked better.

Especially for the price it is a marvelous pen. I have a decent ink and it is nice to write with. I got some fine nib amd it doesn't feel like writing with a nail.

Good pen for the price, unfortunately small scratch on the pen

I like this pen, good ink flow with fine nib. I think the fine nib was perfect choice.Unfortunately the pen had a small scratch on the body, the box was a little messy and it felt like it was opened before.
