Shake well before each use. Hold container 4-6 inches from skin and spray liberally until an even coat is achieved. Rub in thoroughly for complete coverage. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. For face, first spray into hands then apply to face.
