My doctor had prescribed me Vitamin D capsules along with taking Calcium supplements. I kept forgetting to take the Vitamin D capsules so my bloodwork was very up and down. I found these supplements and decided to try them my bloodwork has been amazing. My Vitamin D levels and Calcium levels are the best they have ever been. The pills are large so I take with food.

I’ve only been taking these for a week so I can’t say I am benefiting from them.My advice is if you have swallowing issues try something else.The tablets are very large and could be difficult and dangerous for some people.

This may be a good product; however, the pills are so big (horse size) that even cutting them in half still made it impossible for me to swallow. If one doesn't have a problem swallowing huge pills, then it's recommended.
