It takes time for the body to lower the readings. I was expecting a fast result. I know that it will work. The shipment was fast.

Labels warn product has a naturally bitter taste. I think they have tried to neutralize that with a sweet tea flavor of some kind. They are so healthy for you I'm willing to struggle a little. Label cautions product can have a laxative effect if you eat too many. Hope they learn how to flavor these better cause I'm going to keep eating them.

We peel these and take them with our meals for bs..they're a little bitter but it's not an unbearable taste..I noticed some weight loss. So I would recommend. Unfortunately mine did have a tiny beetle in them 😭
