I love the finish and it appears to be real glass on top. Not sure how accurate the reading is because I've not received my boveda seasoning kit and packs but we will see. I'm new to humidors and cigars and was told to do the bill test and I think it passed? The bill slid out but took didn't slide super easily. I'm assuming it is sealing well I guess I'll know if I have to fight with getting the humidity up. Overall giving five stars before even putting cigars in if I do have issues I'll update but so far the finish is great build quality is good! Wish me luck and for the price I'd definitely recommend this so far.

Nice, solid humidor but it seem alittle harder to keep the humidity levels around 70% with the glass top ones.

Following the advice from the reviews I'd read before I went ahead with the purchase, I ordered this humidor with electronic hydrometer, as they seemed to have less problems than the analog ones, and I am glad I did.I was lucky not to have any of the problems other people reported in their reviews for this item, the glass in mine seems to be well sealed and the hydrometer works great. I did follow all the instructions for the humidor preparation before loading cigars though, and I have not yet had a problem maintaining the desired humidity level (between 68 and 74%). I add distilled water to the humidification bar approximately once a week, at the same time as I load new cigars (during the week, I open the box twice a day to get a cigar). I cannot speak for the hydrometer accuracy in absolute numbers, but I see that mine reacts appropriately to my actions with it, such as opening the box, adding more dry cigars, adding water, etc., so I know it works.The fit and finish of the box, both interior and exterior, is very beautiful, and if I did not know how much I paid for it, it could pass for a much more expensive item. This can make a very nice gift for someone who is new to cigars. There may be better humidors out there, but for me, this one is all I need, and I find it to be a very good value for money.

Product itself is beautiful. Love the digital hygrometer. Seasoned it SIX times before placing unwrapped cigars in....humidity level never read above 58% once doing so. Bought 84% boveda packs.... one of those... one 65% and two 69% packs AND a shot glass of distilled water... can't get a reading over 61%. Emailed customer support with no response. What a waste.... shame it doesn't work right.

Took about 2 days t get the humidity right, had to wipe it down twice and fill the humidifier, but its holding right around 70% now. Holds plenty of my cigars.
