It's a great way to get both without all the added calories in regular peanut butter from the oil and sugar. I also really appreciate the clean, simple ingredients and choice of monk fruit as sweetener.Because it's a powder it mixes in easily into overnight oats and I imagine it would also be great in homemade smoothies or even shakes if you are craving peanut butter.

This is nice if you want it for a smoothie but I find it too sweet for what I needed it for. It says no sugar but it does have sugar just not that much I guess. Quality is good. Mixes well and easy to use.

TOO SWEET
The monkfruit sweetner makes this horrible. Don't let the no added sugar fool you. It tastes like artificial sweetner! Way too overpowering and awful after taste! I ordered this international. Waste of money . It's horrible! Literally made me sick!
