My use of this water pic is going to make my dentist VERY happy! It fits easily onto the little bathroom sink counter, and it holds a charge very well. Great quality - no leaks, no misplaced water (unless my aim is off!), and is very adjustable, so it's possible to work toward better gum health by just increasing the water force every few days; my gums never hurt at all using this. There are a variety of heads so no matter what your needs, there is a head to address it. Wish I had hod one of these back when I had braces!!

Pretty good for the money, its powerful but doesn’t completely get rid of all the food bits especially if you have tight teeth. A big plus is that its cordless and convenient for a small bathroom and it also comes with plenty of attachment tips.

After only 9 months, this thing will not turn on anymore. It is under warranty from Waterpik, but their customer service is absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Don't waste your time. They are slow to respond and each email just brings up a new line of questioning. Most companies would have sent a shipping label to send the unit in for warranty by now. I have been emailing back and forth for a month now with no resolution. They are doing everything they can to not fix or replace this machine. Some excerpts from those emails are below:1. "Thank you for reaching out to the Waterpik Product Support Team. Since we know your flosser motor is not turning on, I’d like you to try the following steps listed below.What could be happening here is the Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) in the bathroom is interfering with the power going to the unit. In order to test this, I would like for you to take the unit into another room, such as a living room or bedroom, where there is no running water. Try plugging the unit into an outlet in one of those rooms and turn on the flosser to see if the motor turns on.If it does, then purchasing a Single Outlet Surge Protector for the bathroom outlet should resolve this issue in the future. Additionally, we also recommend deep cleaning your unit with a 50/50 solution of warm water and distilled white vinegar. Afterwards, we recommend continuing to clean with a 2:1 ratio of warm water and distilled white vinegar every 1-3 months.If the step above is unsuccessful, then please let me know so we can look into additional steps. "2. "Thank you for reaching out to the Waterpik Product Support Team. I’m sorry your ION isn’t working properly, but I’m happy to help you look into this today.In order to better assist you I’d like to ask a few questions. Sometimes moisture can affect this connection. We recommend ensuring this connection is always kept dry when you are connecting the charger.Ensure your charging cord is connected on a flat surface. Please note a properly charging machine’s LED indicator will glow as it charges. Improper charging may have a rapid, or inconsistent blink.Please use the following steps to try to return function to your machine.Unplug the charging cord from the outlet and remove it from the machine.Dip a cotton swab or clean cloth in white vinegar.Using the above, please gently clean both the connection on the machine itself, and the connection ports on the charger thoroughly.After cleaning these connections, please allow these connections to dry completely and re-connect the charger.The LED light should slowly fade from bright to dim while charging properly.After the charger ports on both components are cleaned and dry, please charge the machine for a full 4-6 hours.If the above steps are unsuccessful, then please let me know. I bought this water pik when My last one broke while traveling in Europe. I like this design as it’s smaller, still very strong and cordless!! It comes with many detachable pics which is very handy and useful. It’s a little noisy but my last one was too, which is not a problem for me.

I've head the Waterpik Ion for six months now. I love that it's rechargeable and doesn't need to be plugged in. I use it every night but when I don't use it because I'm traveling, my teeth don't feel as clean. I tried putting the reservoir through the dishwasher on a heated cycle and ended up warping the plastic and the device doesn't work right. I emailed the company asking to purchase replacement reservoir (since they didn't have one listed for purchase). They responded in less than 24 hours saying they'd do a one time no cost replacement and gave very simple and easy-to-follow cleaning and use tips. I can't say enough good things about the product or the service!

It seems fine. I can't really use this at my sink as the cord is short and this is too wide for my sink rim or a window sill. It is too wide/deep to fit in my cabinet. I don't really see how this is doing the same thing as flossing but I guess it abuses gums enough to maybe make them bleed less or something. String floss gets stuck sometimes for me so I like the idea of this and it is less unpleasant but it is a mess and hassle. I am pretty sure there are spots that are actually impossible to clean aw well, so I do have some concerns about that.Overall, I suppose it does what it says it does. I am disappointed in the design, though. Not only is the cord short, charging proprietary, and cleaning a concern, but I really dislike that the whole base has to go to a charger and not a removable battery. There is also no indication of the battery getting low to only 1 or 2 cycles left, and no way to check %.

Also like that you can use mouthwash mixed in with the water. Comes with many tips for specialty cleaning too.
