I have always loved crew products. They leave my hair feeling soft, full, thick and the price is right. I like the smell too. My hair doesnt feel dry like some of the other shampoos I’ve used.

One star off for pruduct packaging - it's just lazy to drop the bottle in a bubble bag without thinking it might experience an elevation change or a squish along the way. Shampoo was leaked all over the interior of the bubble envelope. Should have been double bagged.The shampoo itself looks to be legitimate, normal Crew quality - very good.
