4 stars because it says that it smoothes and softens - that’s not true. Hair was dry after it. But it neutralizes yellow good, so I use this one only for that purpose!

Great product I was recommended it by my hairstylist. She wasn’t wrong. Texture, smell quality great. I left it for 5 minutes and saw the difference, no longer brassy hair.
