The results came back within 48 hours after it arrived and I had great communication the whole time while I was waiting for my test results and knowing when my sample had been received. The people at the company were also very helpful answering questions I had about my test results and how to go about using the information that I received to help reduce the allergens that are causing my pets symptoms.

UCARI Test was exceptionally fast with results. The insight we were given on our bulldogs allergies helped us curate her diet to something that would alleviate her skin issues. Really like how fast the turnaround was. Working on the diet now.

So far it has taken my sample 1 week to be recieved. (Texas to florida) Now waiting for the sample to be processed. Easiest sample collection. Humane way to help my fur baby feel less irritated.After receiving the item, taking a sample from my pet, and a week for USPS to deliver the envelope of my pets sample, it took about 1 day time for my pets sample to be tested. It was easy, relatively quick when not in an urgent rush for delivery, and results seem to be legit. I will find out how accurate with 30 days of avoiding the severe intolerant allergens. I believe for the severe results to be accurate based on my knowledge of my pet.

It was interesting to find out our dog was sensitive to a couple ingredients in her food and some chews. The test kit arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. They notified us when they received the test in the mail and the results were emailed to us within 2 days. We'll see if changing her diet will be helpful for her skin allergies.

A little pricey but still a great value in my opinion! Very fast results!Giving 3 stars because the package appeared to have been opened and reclosed. Also, there was a fur inside the paper brochure. Didn't seem as though it was new.My cat was reacting to something and we couldn't pinpoint what, so we gave this a try! We've discontinued some treats that had a few ingredients on her tolerance results but that didn't make a difference. Now we're thinking it's seasonal allergies and will move forward from here! It's great to know what her intolerances are!

They're upfront and honest that this is not an allergy test unlike other companies. They explain that this is just a guide and all of the information they provide is very thorough and clear. The test results are incredibly fast and they test for so many different things. My vet thought it was a great idea to help choose the best dog food and treats.

Tests d'intolérances facile à faire avec une mèche de poil. Depuis plus de 3 ans je varie la nourriture que je donne à mon chien et à toutes les fois je dois retourner à la nourriture trop cher du vétérinaire (seule nourriture dont mon chien ne réagit pas...vomissements et diarrhées). Mais quoi rend mon chien ainsi??J'ai acheter Ucari sans trop avoir d'attentes, je reçois une boîte avec des explications claires, une enveloppe déjà affranchie (donc aucun frais supplémentaire), 8 jours plus tard j'avais les résultats en 3 classes distinctes (réactions sévères, réactions modérées et ce qu'il peut aisément manger).Suite aux résultats, j'ai du me mettre à l'évidence et me tourner avec la nourriture crue car les résultats m'ont dit exactement ce dont je croyais en tant qu'intolérances.Je suis très heureuse d'avoir choisi cette compagnie, nous ne sommes jamais sûr de rien, mais selon moi les résultats sont sûrs à 90%.

It is crazy how in depth the report is that you receive of your pet! They test for things you wouldn’t think of in a million years. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the paid postage envelope it comes with is only good in the US and that it took sometime to get the results back.
