I recently purchased the Aisoso Cooling Rack for Baking, and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. The solid construction of this rack, made from 18/8 stainless steel, is truly impressive. It’s strong, durable, and best of all, rust-resistant, which means no worrying about coatings peeling off or rust forming over time. The bold grid wires are sturdy and don't bend or warp, even under heavier items like meats or large batches of cookies.The cooling design is perfect for allowing my baked goods to cool evenly. The 4 bracket feet elevate the rack just enough to let air circulate underneath, preventing sogginess. The 1/2" grid spacing ensures that nothing falls through while maximizing airflow, which has made such a difference in cooling my treats quickly and evenly.This rack is also highly versatile. I’ve used it for everything from grilling vegetables and meats to baking cookies and cakes. The size (8.5” x 12”) fits perfectly on my quarter sheet pan, leaving enough room to insert and remove food without hassle.Cleaning is a breeze since it's dishwasher safe, and it doesn’t wear or fade. Features:1. Solidly constructed2. Grid design, nothing falls through3. Smaller size, great when working with limited counter space4. Goes through dishwasher and comes out greatI needed to replace several racks, some were getting warped, some showed signs of rusting, some had brokenpieces, so I decided to start out with replacing the smaller racks. These racks are absolutely lovely! As soon as I removed the shrinkwrap, I could feel how sturdy there are. I will indeed be checking what other sizes I need, and I will definitely buy them from this company!!!!!

Excellent size. Fits perfectly in my pan. So easy to clean. Best value for my money. Helps to distribute the heat without burning. Will be using this rack frequently. I recommend everyone to use it for evenly roasting vegetables and meats. Roasting vegetables are so good this way. Yummy!

I bought this initially to cool off my baked goods (cookies, bread) and as a rest when I fried up chicken or tempura as well. I was in a pinch and didn’t have a roasting rack and was able to use the tray to lift up for my duck to cook a bit more evenly too because of the space to aerate + distribute heat.I’ve had this for a few years now and it’s been perfect. It’s easy to clean by chucking it into the dishwasher and has never rusted on me. It’s a good size to hold plenty of things & works as intended. It’s never warped either. Simple but reliable!

The rack is probably just fine, but it had several very thin very sharp metal slivers where the various cross rods had not been cleanly cut, filed down and painted. One of them stabbed me and I found the others with a magnifying glass.
