I was skeptical buying this belt due to other purchase of similar items that work for a moment and then eventually died out quickly. This belt is amazing! It not only works really well. It has different levels and I love the timer that you are able to change times and it doesn't run just for a certain amount of time. The belt is large so you can use it on all different body parts and it is easy to clean. It really works. I love to use it in conjunction with workouts and you cannot beat the price!

The belt arrived on time and exactly as described. I followed the directions and gave it a try. Initially, it was a bit uncomfortable—probably because I don’t work out much. One big reason I chose this model is that it doesn't require replacement pads, and that’s been a huge convenience and cost-saver. I use it regularly. I really appreciate the different modes and intensity options—it gives a lot of variety. The pulsating effect is strong and effective. Overall, I’m happy with the product and excited to see how things progress long term.

The belt arrived as expected. I followed the directions and tried it out. At first it was kind of painful because I don't exercise much. (I hate sit ups) I had to keep the intensity below 7. Now about six weeks later I wish there was a to go right to level 15 button because that is all I regularly use. Level 7 or 8 is quite relaxing, I can even fall asleep. I can't say about long term yet, but I now have to wear a belt or my pants keep dropping down when I walk. I selected this belt because it did not require the purchase of extra pads. So far it works great. I am wearing it right now, with a computer in my lap

Works fairly well compared to other brands. This one actually has a band to secure it to your abs and not just the gell patches to stick to you. However, it does wear out and start not working unless you hold it against you. But that took almost a year of use before that happened. Over all, it's a pretty good one to get.

This device definitely stimulates your muscles but my product kept shutting off shortly after I turn it on. I owned it less than a month and noticed that it was acting funny while carrying a full charge. Personally, it was OK.I did not use this device for weight loss/toning purposes (and if you believe that it does then you’ve been fooled, only a calorie deficit will do that). I used this device to help with my sore muscles after my intense workouts.

***5-MONTH OWNER UPDATE***I highly, highly advise you to not buy this item. Please read all the negative reviews and take them seriously, they all note that this thing isn't durable and now I see that they were all correct. Do not buy this item unless you're fine with replacing it a few times a year.I have owned this thing for about 5 months, and while I had positive things to say about it at first (which you can read in my original review below), I am extremely frustrated because its performance has totally and suddenly degraded, to the point where it is no longer really usable at all.I use(d) this belt twice a day for 4-5 days a week, making sure to wipe off sweat and charge it at least once a week. Everything was fine, until about a week ago. Suddenly the strength of the vibrations became significantly weaker. I was on the 6th mode at 15 strength for a while, and I grew very familiar with how it felt. Now the 15 strength feels like how 5 strength used to feel, and anything under 10 strength barely tickles. The plastic piece just lost all of its power seemingly overnight with no change in routine or anything. To be clear this isn't related to my own growing tolerance or anything, the first 10 strength settings barely vibrate at all anymore, and it was not like this just a day earlier.What's even more frustrating is that the company that sells this item does not respond back to messages. I had to contact Bolo to be able to message them in the first place, there's no trace of them online and they don't make their contact info readily available. Not even an email address or a Facebook page. And of course, after several days they still haven't answered my message, I was trying to find out if this is covered by any kind of warranty. It was a $70 item, I'm genuinely so frustrated with all of this.The only reason I'm still giving this item two stars instead of one, is because I really did like it when it worked. It provided solid resistance to my abs and I grew to appreciate the routine of using it. But now it's barely functional and the seller doesn't bother to respond to messages. I don't think $70 is a fair price for an item that will only last a few months, and I'm really disappointed with this overall.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Okay so I've been using this thing for a few weeks now and so far I like it. Obviously this isn't going to actually give you a six-pack but I have a noticed a very, VERY slight bit of tone in my abs - though I'm using this while also eating relatively healthy and exercising five days a week. This thing, on its own, will not produce significant results. But I like it as a supplement to my usual fitness routine, simply because I hate doing abdominal exercises and this does do a good job of mimicking the feel of crunches.I wear it twice a day, five days a week for 20 minutes each "session". That's exactly how much I can handle before the pain becomes genuinely difficult to bear. I'm currently on level 10, mainly using the sixth mode. There are six modes and each mode goes from level 1-15. I had to start at level 4 and have been working my way up every couple days. Even though I can handle level 10 on my preferred mode, I can't handle level 10 on any of the others - so each mode definitely provides a different feel, which I like.So I can recommend this thing, as long as you keep your expectations in check and understand that it isn't a miracle device. However I'm mostly writing this review because it has a couple of major problems that I want to address:First of all, not a huge deal, but I cannot get a read on the battery life for this thing. One time I had to charge it after a week of use, then after a day, then after a few days, despite my sessions all being the same length. When you charge it, it has a little red LED light, and when it's fully charged that light disappears. I wish it could alert you when you have a low battery, maybe by flashing red a few times when you turn it on. That would be helpful.My main issue however, is the fact that this thing doesn't have a kill switch. There are three buttons: the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease your intensity level, and the M button to switch between modes. The difference between one level and the next feels massive. I was on level 8 for a few days, and thought I was ready to switch to 9. But I was wrong - level 9 immediately gave me a bad cramp that I couldn't handle. But because there's no kill switch, I had to rapidly click the minus button 10 times to turn the machine off, while wincing in pain the entire time. There needs to be an off button for this thing! It actually makes me a little anxious to increase beyond level 10. It was a massive cramp, like somebody kicked me in the side with all their strength. Genuinely cannot understand how they could overlook such an important feature like that.But that's only enough to reduce my rating by a single star, because overall this thing is still very good. It fits comfortably, it provides a solid "workout", it's easy to clean/store, features a decent amount of options, etc. And most importantly, it does seem to provide *some* difference, as I haven't changed my workout/diet while using this thing at all, yet I've observed a (very slight) change. And after only 3 weeks of use, I really can't complain about that!EDIT: I've been using this thing consistently for a few months and it definitely feels durable. I also noticed that the battery is pretty good actually, I charge it once a week which seems fine so far. Not as inconsistent as I originally thought.In regards to the lack of a kill switch I've found a bit of a workaround: when you switch between any of the six modes, the intensity level automatically goes all the way down to level one. I'm on level 15 at this point (only with the one mode I consistently use), and I no longer develop cramps at any intensity level. But if you DO need to quickly turn the machine off, simply click the M button once, and then click the minus button once. It's a bit clunky and I really do wish that it just had an actual off button, so I'm keeping this review at four stars. But it is at least better than what I was doing before (clicking the minus button rapidly to turn the machine off).Overall I've grown more positive about this machine over time, I definitely think it's worth getting if you use it consistently. Also I forgot to mention this in my original review but it charges via micro-USB which sucks, for the price it really should be using USB-C.

(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } im pretty overweight but i can still feel this getting to my abs. its a bit hard to get on if your carrying an extra tire like myself however that said if you really stretch it around you'll get it on but gl if you weigh more than 270lbs at 6ft. thankfully i got this when i was in the 250lbs range. you may be able to get it on even if you are 300lbs but it may be a struggle and you may need assistance. with all that out of the way- this thing can get intense. i use it on 10 it goes to 15. 10 is a bit of pain for me but not terrible pain just not the most fun thing at the start. after a while its good though. if you can't hack it at an intensity you can ofcourse turn it down. i suggest you see what 1 is like (for me it was like tiny ants dancing on my abs and I'm fat and never worked out. 2 you slightly feel ....well still nothing... for me its not till you get to 6 where it kicks in a bit- mind you 6 is still somewhat weak after a while of use. 7 and 8 for me is very manageable and 9 is where it kicks in. 9 is about my comfort zone but I'm trying to step out of that. number 1 thing is though- its not extreme pain- nothing like that- just intense really intense.....maybe 11 would be extreme pain not sure- not brave enough to try it yet- might wait for muscles to grow and then i won't feel it as much. good product insanely good infact. my abs are growing- i feel it. my friend touched my abs said they are harder now. amazing. and here i was for all those years laughing at these products and to my surprise they work.

Easy to use
Used this for nearly 1 month, feels likecits doing something. Trying to use it twice a day for 30 mins, morning and evening. Can only go up to 6/7 at the moment. I paid full price so gutted when i saw it 1/4 price. It seems a bit flimsy but it is sturdy and effective.
