I found that pictures & sound had definitely become somewhat sharper and clearer. But I had also hoped it would help discs play better. Obviously, that was beyond what was promised...but I did have hopes. Skips & freezing up did remain, and discs that had previously stopped playing at a certain point, continued to do so. I still highly recommend this product. The double "brush / wet" cleaning system is a great combination. One thing though. The package said only for DVD and not Blu-Ray players. However, I can personally vouch that my blu-ray players were not only left unscathed, but also (as previously mention) gained in quality.

Had problems with disc skipping. Used the lens cleaner cd and the cleaning solution / cloth for cds. Problem solved quickly and cheaply. Very satisfied customer.
