The media could not be loaded. Function:Allows you to massage feet and calves at the same time, independently, or 1 to the other. It works using air to pump in, very similar to how a doctor office puts the blood pressure cuff on your upper arm. It has 3 different intensity settings that allow you to dictate how much pressure you want, and the middle setting has good pressure.The foot massage does a great job getting all of the meaty parts of your foot, including the top. It does not have any pressure for the bottom of the heel however.The calf massage does a great job getting the gastrocnemius and soleus, though I didn't feel much around my achilles. It does have pressure building up there, I just don't think the velcro gets tight enough around my ankle to reach those muscles/tendons.I also didn't need feel it on my anterior tibialis, though I'm sure if I rotate the positioning of the massager on my legs the pressure can be applied to it. As it is "directed" to be worn, however, the calves are the only muscle being massaged.The controller is very simple to use and the buttons are easy to find and press.Noise:Very quiet in use. Subtle noise that can easily be fallen asleep while using it. Listen to the video to hear it in action.Final thoughts:Never used a massager like this on my legs before, I use the massage gun and R8 recovery roller. This does things different than what they can do.It applies pressure to the entirety of the muscle, than than 1 specific spot. The added heat option is also very nice.The 1 thing I wish it could have was a rolling function that would start at the top of the muscle and slowly work down, rather than it always being full pressure applied.Overall nicely done and am enjoying the use.

Comfortable and light weight. They massaged and compressed well. My only small complaint is the fit around the feet. I wish the foot section was more adjustable for a slightly better fit. Other than that, I’m pleased.

extremely easy to use. no assembly and can be used straight out of the box. the air compression leg massagers wrap around your calves and feet. the massagers are clearly marked, L- left and R- right. the massagers have sufficient velcro on both the feet and calves to provide a snug fit for all sizes. controller is super easy to read and use. the ease of use and design eliminates the need for a lengthy instruction manual. should consult a doctor if you are a pregnant women, children or elderly; suffer from skin infections or have redness or burns on the skin; pacemaker or similiar implanted device; heart disease or malignant tumors; if you recieving medical treatment or feel discomfort; suffering from oesteoporosis; high blood pressure or abnormal blood pressure; is not to be used for medical purposes.I have used every other day and have felt improved circulation and reduced muscle aches in legs and ankles.there are two settings, sequence and massage. sequence has three settings to vary between calves and feet. massage has two settings for either calves or feet. There are four intensity levels for each setting.each setting last 15 minutes and I typically use at least two different settings at varying intensities every other day. I am having surgery in a couple of weeks and plan to use twice a day while in bed recovering.Another benefit I have realized is an improved energy level and fell more awake after each session. when researching the variety products available I chose this product because of the brand name and flexible leg massagers. I have never been disappointed with a Renpho product. In addition, the flexible fabric allows for a variety of body positions. I have used in a reclined position or (my favorite) on a recliner. Many of the other calf and foot massagers require you remain in an upright seated position.

My dad has suffered from Diabetic Neuropathy for many years, so in his case he experiences numbness from the knees down and he can’t walk very far without a walker. I’ve been researching different ways to try and help with this. A few years back I got him using compression socks, which do help.I ordered this leg massager for Dad’s Birthday. It looked like it received a lot of good reviews where it was helping people with their leg circulation (if used consistently). Dad was pleased with the gift and was excited to give it a try.It’s fairly easy to use, but you just have to pay attention to which is the right leg and which is the left. The first time he used it, he had them on the wrong legs. He uses it twice a day and it automatically shuts off when it’s done. Dad has had severe heart issues for 30+ years and luckily hasn’t experienced any dizziness or concern from this massager. However every case is unique, so I do recommend you check with your doctor to be sure it’s ok to use.Dad claims he can actually feel a difference after using it consistently twice a day, for a couple months now. He says he’s using his walker less and less. That makes me ecstatic, so therefore I recommend this product. I hope this review helps someone out there. It’s worth a shot!

Les bottes se règlent parfaitement autour des pieds et des mollets. Bien respecter la consigne des 4 doigts d’ espace. Je postionne 3 pour la compression et 1 pour le mode programme en ce qui me concerne. Pas assez de recul pour un avis complet, mais je pense que les muscles se raffermisse.
