I recently purchased these Water Shoes for a cruise, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. I purchased these for a beach vacation. I wore them for 3 days straight, walking with them everywhere, not just in the sand/water. They’re surprisingly comfortable and have a wider toe box than others I’ve tried so my toes weren’t squished. I didn’t have issues with them slipping off in the water or while running when wet. They have small holes on the sole and I was a bit worried about debris but I didn’t have any issues. The soles are nice and thick yet flexible so movement is comfortable but they have great support. These held up great! They came off easily when wet and even put them back on with ease when wet. I love them! I just wish I found them sooner. Will definitely repurchase!

A little background on myself first — I am a camping newbie and I was told to get water shoes to walk around and swim in the lake by our campgrounds. I’m not experienced with purchasing water shoes but I read that the reviews were positive for using them at the beach and even just as a quick, casual walking or exercise shoe. I’m also flat-footed and have been learning more and more about “barefoot” shoes - which are just shoes that do not squish the toes of your feet as they have a wide toe box to protect the natural shape of our feet. Look at any toddler’s feet and how wide the toes spread. That’s how our feet should look! My feet have been heavily damaged from years of terrible women’s high heels and all regular brand name shoes having these narrow toe boxes. These days, I am very picky with what I put on my feet!COMFORT & SIZE — I must say I’m very impressed with the comfort and ease of these water shoes. They are very easy to slide on. I am normally a size 10 Wide but can sometimes fit into 9.5. I ended up purchasing 9.5 Women/8.5 Men. They fit perfectly! I had no issue with blisters or their breathability. My feet weren’t overly sweaty or hot on this trip wearing these.WATER USE — These shoes also did not come off my feet after over 2 hours of swimming in the lake. They also allowed little to no sand into the shoe so that I could walk to and from the lake in the sand. Little to no sand! That was a big plus for me as I grew up in Southern California and going to the beaches and have never really tried out water shoes just for walking to the beach. I’ve always used flip flops or nothing! This was very nice to have virtually no sand on my feet!STYLE- I loved the color of these water shoes and design. The toggles and wire keep the shoe on your feet while not looking too masculine or outdoorsy as a “camping shoe” or part of your “camping gear” They still feel as if I can go out casually wearing these or to the gym and they’d still be pretty cute. They seem very versatile and as I do not go camping often - I do plan to wear these cuties casually!I have no negative things to say about these water shoes! That being said, I’ve only used them once. I’ll be sure to revisit reviews to show their performance over time.

If you’re more comfortable walking barefoot you’ll love this shoes. I bought them in March for a Bahamas vacation. They kept my feet comfortable will at the beach and pool. The sole is thinner than a regular shoe but thicker than traditional water shoes. I bought the blue ones in a size 6. I normally ware a 6 1/2 or 7. The toe box is nice and wide . Plenty of room for piggies. In July I went on a camping trip and I was so glad I bought these shoes. I hiked over rocky slippery rocks, gravel trails and up small waterfalls. The trail had ladders and stairs and though it all the shoes were flexible and comfortable. We hikes at least 3 hours a day for 4 days. Wore them basically the whole 4 days of our trip. They are not waterproof but they do dry quickly. I took off one star because I ordered them in black but they were about a half a size different. Were shorter than the blue ones. Going to reorder in the next size up.
