This comes in a LARGE box, and it's quite heavy. Allow for plenty of floor space to assemble this thing. It's a very complete kit, even includes glue to reinforce the wood dowel connections. It assemblies just like any IKEA unit you might have done, and some portions are pre-assembled, such as the drawer slides. Everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are accurate, but you must look closely to ensure you have the right orientation of the pieces when assembling. My only issue is that the hardware was very oddly packaged, with multiple types of fasteners grouped together out of sequence from when you use them. You need to very carefully check to make sure you are using the right screw in the right location, and it's challenging in the way the hardware is packaged. I recommend sorting this out first, per the table of contents, before trying to find the right fastener at the right time in the sequence of assembly. When it's all said and done, this is a handsome unit with a nice wood finish that feels like a much more expensive mid-century modern piece of furniture. I like it a lot.

Once the credenza was assembled, the middle leg broke off. Then the right top drawer was cracked. I’m so frustrated because it so long to assemble and now I have to disassemble the entire thing. Very dissatisfied with this product. Cheaply made. This is not working $400. Do not waste your money. Glad I didn’t place my new tv on the stand and would have fallen off.

I know this was advertised as a kitchen buffet sideboard, but we actually this as a dresser. It's a beautiful dupe for West Elm. Why pay that price when you can get an almost identical one from Bolo. It's beautiful, expensive looking, but a bit hard to assemble, only because there are quite a few pieces involved. Other than that, would highly recommend. She's built nicely, and heavy duty.

This sideboard fits perfectly in our space. The color is perfect, a true wood tone with a warm finish. The soft close doors are a nice touch. Easy to put together, took about 3 hours or so. It’s sturdy and for the price it looks like it will hold up!

This credenza is sincerely beautiful. I have to admit that when I first opened the package, I felt extremely overwhelmed with the amount of pieces that were neatly (and tightly) packed into the shipping box. But I have honestly never been so impressed with a set of furniture instructions as I have been with this product.The final credenza truly looks like it was hand made, as if it came directly from the factory pre-built. The wood grain really looks as if it each part came from a single solid piece of wood. Also it’s very sturdy and surprisingly heavy too. Considering the lower price point for a Mid-Century Modern piece— I really expected a lesser quality but definitely not the situation here.We will definitely be purchasing another piece of furniture from this brand. Very happy with this credenza.

I was looking for a nice mid centry modern piece of furniture to go in my bedroom and I wasn't really interested in an actual dresser. This offered the perfect balance between havind spacious drawers and flexible shelves.This comes very well packed and protected but it has too many pieces. I really enjoyed assembling it but it does take few hours to do on your own.Customer service is amazing as well, 2 of the drawer faces had almost invisible scratches and they sent me 2 new ones very promptly.I haven't used the wall straps that came with it yet to fix it to the wall but that might be the only thing that I would probably do differently for my setup

During assembly, I discovered hardware built into the particle board was missing (picture showing where the plastic insert for a screw SHOULD be). In addition, the holes to allow for the locking mechanisms to lock onto screws were not bored out correctly and the screw head locking piece could not catch the screw head on at least three of the first six places on which I tried to use them (picture showing bore with screw poking through). Finally, I broke or bent five of the screw head locking hardware on the first six pieces I tried to assemble (picture of bent screw head locking piece).Because I did not start assembly until after the 30 day return window, I am not eligible to return the product… not that I could repack it for shipping anyways considering how tightly and meticulously everything was packaged in the box.I have purchased a LOT of assemble-yourself-furniture and am able to overcome many manufacturer defects and hardware issues. The issues inherent to this product are not salvageable, and it is a waste of a lot of money.This is the second product I have purchased made by Walker Edison that has had some sort of assembly issue. I will not be buying their products again, and I recommend you do not either.
