For years now, I've used the very limited set offered from Melissa and Doug. While those are wonderfully made, I always wished we had more variety in the fruits/vegetables in the kit. Once the velcro began to wear out on our wooden foods, I purchased this.It is easy to clean off due to being made of plastic. The details on it are so cool (e.g. the egg with a shell you peel first; the peelable banana; the texture and print inside the orange), and the kids absolutely love it. Some of the pieces are little, so I would supervise kids under 3. GREAT kit. Worth the price.

The plastic foods are sturdy to multiple, and I mean, multiple tosses on the floor and sometimes not-so-pretend eating. They look realistic and the velco attaches well despite multiple times of taking them apart and putting them back together. There’s a variety of fruits and veggies and it’s adorable they come in a shopping basket. The plates are a bit too small as the food falls off when toddler tries to serve people and puts the food back on again; but it’s fine, it builds resilience and perseverance. The knives work well and it’s a plus for practicing fine motor skills and visual motor integration! Overall, the activity is entertaining in a variety of ways.

I purchased these fruits and vegetables for my 2 yr old grandson. He absolutely loves playing with the vegetables, cutting them up and serving them to us. The toys are very sturdy and great quality.

The media could not be loaded. This is a super cute set of pull/ cut apart fruits and veggies! There is a big variety of foods, and a variety of ways to cut, peel, and open the foods which is super fun even for someone in their adult years haha. So far I did not notice any missing pieces, and everything looks like the perfect size for baby hands!

Purchased this for my 4 year old godson for his birthday, he had been begging for one since seeing it on a kids show, it was worth it! This is one of the most played with toys at our house! Not one thing has broken, and it's been almost a year. This toy was worth the price paid!

My 19 month old doesn’t seem interested in any toy for more than a few minutes, but he played with this for hours! Days even! My 8 and 10 year old also enjoy playing with it. Vibrant colored food. The Velcro makes that satisfying crunch sound when you cut it my daughter says.I Just wish the clear plastic packing lid was a thicker plastic intended for more permanent use to keep the items from spilling out during storage. It works for now, but it will likely break over time.

Kids like to play with food so I decided to buy this toy and oh my Goodness it’s been already for a while since I bought this and they still play with it. In a first day they played with it all day long. Very good quality. Perfect size of fruit and vegetables, happy with variety of food. There are knife toy in a set so they can learn how to cut and hold knife correctly. We like a lot

Du coup j’ai trouvé ça comme une option vraiment bonne, il les adore ça vient avec DeCouteau et deux planches à couper et avec un panier c’est vraiment très cool.
