These pills were recommended by my nutritionist due to their multiple benefits, and I can say they’ve helped me a lot with my menstrual cycle. I experience fewer symptoms now, which allows me to feel more energetic and have a better attitude during that time of the month. Plus, my skin has improved significantly. The pills last for a full month and are very reasonably priced.

Don't think about it just buy it! I've been struggling deeply with my bloodwork. It's been years since I've had a normal cycle and doctors.....I've gotten nowhere. If it wasn't for learning thru chat gpt and it telling me to try Myo Inositol I truly cannot explain where I'd be at today. I got this supplement on April 25th. By May 5th my period began and to my surprise it was normal 4 days, my period was like it used to be before having my son. I cannot believe it. There's no more break thru bleeding, screaming in absolute pain, bleeding non stop on and off again, this supplement has changed my entire life. My son is special needs and I need To be at my best to help him and keep up with him. I'm utterly amazed by this product, I cannot thank the people who made this product possible enough. I will continue to update as time goes on, but as of now I'm overly impressed this pill has done what 4 years of doctors appointments couldn't. Thank you for changing my life.A little about my bloodwork before beginning so if this applies to you for sure know this is the supplement you need. Prolactin 33.3 high, dhea 77 low, testosterone normal range, A1c normal range, insulin total high 85.5, fasting glucose 104 high, alt 44 high, AST 41 high, anion gap .6 low. My fsh and LH are indicators of PCOS, my ultrasound showed my left ovary having a string of pearls, I am insulin restiant, prediabetic, and diagnosed with PCOS hormonal imbalance. I finally got a referral in for an endocrinologist but that appointment is still 2 months away. I am very excited to see how my updated blood work will be. I have changed my entire eating at as well from what I eat, how much I eat, and when I eat. I highly recommend the word food approved list and woe. I recommend reading about Jason Fung, as well as Mindy pelz. Since February to now I have lost 31 lbs. I also incorporate berberine, coq10 active form, methylated vitamins, this Myo inositol, omega 3s, magnesium glycinate, and I will be adding nac as well. The other supplements help but I haven't had true results until I added this Myo inositol, it's a game changer I cannot believe I waited this long, I truly trusted the doctors until I did my own research, just very grateful for this company.

Works great! I have been taking this for 1 month now : I normally had a period once sometimes three times a year.. four days after taking this I’ve noticed a happier mood change, regulated cycle, even appetite suppression. So far my period has come on like clock work. The 29th of every month. I’ve purchased my second bottle to take already. I followed the bottles suggested use of 4 tablets daily. Hoping the regulated cycle continues and I get my rainbow baby.

To start my review, I have to note that I unfortunately had to quit taking these after nearly two months due to accelerated heart rate. That’s the only reason it’s 4 star instead of 5. I think it mixed with my depression meds, even my tiny dosage of 10mil. My heart rate remained between 110-130 all the time. However, I felt fantastic. I had so much energy. My constant hunger subsided. And I started seeing weight loss within 3 weeks. In two months I lost a total of 20 pounds—and a month and half later, the weight has stayed off. I paired it with good protein and 2-3 gym days a week. I REALLY wish I could’ve continued taking this, but after some research, it doesn’t seem to mix well with SSRIs.

This stuff really works! I have PCOS and my cycles have never been regular. So far I have been taking it for over 2 months and both of my periods started on the first of the month and went from 10 days to 7 days and weren’t as heavy as they normally are. My cramps were still there but way more manageable. The only thing is that it did upset my stomach a bit and give me gas as well as headaches but I think my body is more adjusted to it now so it definitely has improved. I also had a few mood swings but that was my body trying to adjust as well. I’m not as grumpy when I am on my period so it improved my emotions as well. So just give it a couple months and it also helps to take it with food and take two with lunch and two with dinner. I don’t like taking it right before bed because inexperienced vivid dreams. I also don’t have sugar cravings like I used to so that is a plus! Would definitely recommend for my PCOS girlies!

This is my second bottle! Loved the product!This bottle some capsules came opened but other than that it doesn’t take away that it is an amazing product.Three months ago I decided to take them since not having my period for awhile, I am a pcos girly.Once I started doing a more healthy diet, taking the pills, going to the gym it brought my period back!It’s worth a try if you’re new!

I have irregular cycles and only get a period every three months or so. I literally took this for exactly a week and got my period back!! I was expecting to see results after maybe a month or two but this was so much sooner than expected! Plus I have not had any side effects which is a huge plus. Super happy with this product :)

Honestly not sure if it works or not. I took it for 2 weeks no period. Stopped taking it and a week later period came. Then didn’t see period for 2 months, started taking pills for about 10 days, stopped and then period came.
Made me gain 10 pounds in 1 month
I had high hopes for this to help me. I don’t have PCOS but I read the reviews that it has helped people lose weight so far I gained 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months of taking this. I took 2 pills everyday just to see how it was affect my body and then went up to 4 daily. I noticed that my belly fat has gone down but my overall weight has. I do notice I have more energy but it’s not that dramatic. I’m just more upset about the weight gain!Also no pregnancy. My period we from a three to four day cycle or a two day to three day. So it didn’t help with that either. I’m more than back at where I started. I’m so frustrated about this weight gain now😭😭😭
