As someone who’s worked out with weights for years I was really surprised by how good of a workout you can really get with a few rubber bands. I’m older now and these are perfect for maintaining even building muscle. I had a full gym in my basement but my kids are growing and out on their own so I got rid of my big house for a smaller ranch, no room for a gym. It feels like I’m getting a better workout in a fraction of the time. You don’t have to worry about gravity, you can use them in ways that you can’t with weights. You just have to be creative and you can work most every muscle. I spend about 20 minutes a day and I feel great. It also seems easier on my joints.

My first complaint that when i tried to use the yellow band set up in a manner that I would set it up so that I could use it by myself.A little backstory: I am a quadriplegic male with some movement in my upper arms and shoulders. However, there was no strength in my lower arms, wrists, hands and fingers. Whatever my hands had for whatever passed for strength, I watched it disappear over the last twelve years. I am not a strong man.The second problem was that the bands were designed for, it couldn't been for much stress. The bands are built in an O-shaped configuration. The end to end reach is only about 15". So if your not training with someone be very careful about the amount stress you'll need to complete the exercise. The bands have a good sting when they fly into your hands and arms. Be sure that
