But I love it and the only regret I have about buying it, is that I didn’t buy it sooner. There’s something about the round shaped toothbrush heads that seems to help it get to those hard to get to places. It’s quiet, it only takes a few minutes to get to a full charge, it’s sleek and comfortable to hold and such. Anyways, no one paid me to write this review. I actually really did buy this model and I’m glad I did.

I actually purchased the io 9 series on Bolo almost a month ago. I'm not happy I purchased it day's before it went on sale. It's whatever.. Honestly I have to say this toothbrush is absolutely no joke and worth every dollar I paid. The io series is great I went with the io9 series because it comes with 4 brush heads that's good for around a year or more depending on how you use them . Also the lcd screen Honestly not necessary but I love it.. Most important the performance. This toothbrush cleans better than my dentist has ... My teeth get whiter on every use even while I'm using mouth freshener paste. I can only imagine if I try out some heavy grit whitner paste. Also I'm using it on daily clean not the highest level. It's an amazing toothbrush. If the battery dies it has a 2 year warranty or you can just buy a better 14500 battery Oral-B built this unit to be easy to service. As far as mold building up that's not happening with me. I use warm water to rinse out the brush head and main unit. I almost didn't purchase this because of people talking about mold build up! Smh . Honestly rinse it off as you would any tooth brush and dry it off and also let it air out & charge in a dry area. Please do not stick sharp things like picks in the top of the brush handle. There is a rubber seal that protects water from getting into the electronics and if you poke at it black stuff will come out because the seal is made out of black rubber! I will update this review if there are any issue's. If this is all your seeing know I'm a very happy customer and it's working 💪! I do not like I paid much more than the current sale price is but it's whatever...

I'm new to electric toothbrush & it took me a minute to get use to this but once I did, I am very, very happy with it! At first it seemed like it wasn't brushing my teeth with much of the toothpaste (it kept slinging it everywhere in my mouth) but to fix that I manually brush the toothpaste on my teeth (just enough to cover my teeth with it) then turn on the brush. That is the freshest my mouth & teeth feel. It's as if I'm coming out of the dentist every time (& that is a great feeling!). My teeth are WAY cleaner & even stains are nearly gone (I drink a lot of dark drinks). It'll stop/vibrate every 30 seconds to let you know to switch to another side of the mouth. I also love how it tells me if I'm pressing the brush to lightly or to hard on my teeth (the colors will tell you, green is good).The spin is powerful & toothpaste will be slinging out. I always turn it off before I take it out of my mouth because it slings so much. I love the multiple settings you can choose but I always choose the sensitive option. It's not as strong as the daily clean option (daily clean was irritating my gums).The charge lasts a good while. I still use manual brush sometimes & I don't use the Bluetooth stuff so my charge lasts longer. I bought this in December & only had to charge it once. So if you use it more than I do you might need to charge it 2 or 3 times a month. Although I don't travel, I like that it came with a travelling charging case. I just see it as an extra charger in case something happens to my regular one.If you decide to buy I recommend looking at every electric toothbrush from this brand & comparing the cleaning options that are available for each one (I love how this one had a lot to choose from). They made it extremely easy on Bolo for me to compare them. The cleaning options you're interested in might result in a cheaper brush, you might not be interested in multiple cleaning options. Also compare the Bluetooth stuff. I don't care about the extra blue tooth stuff so I got this one which is cheaper. Whichever brush you choose, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. This brand is fantastic & I would definitely buy from them again whenever my brush is done for.

Great toothbrush just overpriced
I got this a few weeks ago. I couldn’t get it anywhere in Australia so had to order from us with us cables. It’s a really nice toothbrush you do feel super clean after if you’ve brushed correctly. I have come from the rose gold sonic care (another expensive toothbrush) - this is great but having to have my open and app open all the time is annoying.Look great product only thing is I don’t think it’s worth the nearly AUD500 I paid. But I’d rather have clean teeth snd have good oral hygiene then visit the dentist.So it’s worth it I get. Still can’t get five stars I feel something is missing still for this price can’t figure it out but something.Happy brushing!

Feels quite different to previous electric brushes, very clean finish definitely worth it.
The display stopped working after 6 weeks.
Unfortunately the display stopped working after 6 weeks. Very disappointed.Fortunately the local Singapore Braun Service Centre replaced the toothbrush under warranty.However, unfortunately it was replaced with the only available handle color of Black, and not the great pink handle color that we originally purchased.
