I have fibromyalgia and my neck, shoulders and back were so tense and sore that I was getting very bad tension headaches. This thing really saved me! It took some getting used to, as I am very small. I prop it on a pillow. Lean back and let it do its thing. I am so happy to of found this! It’s now 2025 and I have to buy a new one. I have used this back massager up to 3 times a day for the time I’ve owner it. Sometimes more, because of the fibro flares. This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for myself. Which is why I am going to re purchase it again. I think it has lasted a very long time! I have bought massagers before, they didn’t work as well and definitely didn’t last as long. This feels like a real back massage. This helps me get through the really rough days. I’m a very happy customer!

I think it's a total game changer. It feels like there are actually professionals giving a massage! The fact that it can be controlled manually changes everything. You can slide it to target the neck, upper back, or lower back, and achieve a full back massage.

I wish the arm straps were longer and that you could release the cord and it would still operate. It’s not a charging device. Other than that, it works like it should

Update: My new massager stopped working after 8 months. Pretty aggravated, trying to decide if I want to try again or go with a different brand. The old one is still going strong. My friend still has it and uses it nearly everyday. I used mine approximately two or three times a month. The massager will remain on with the heating element, but the massaging balls stop turning. It is like they get stuck. If I turn it off and turn it back on, it'll try to go again. You'll hear it whirl and then it will stop as if it got stuck again. Not really sure what to make of it. Again, the one I gave my friend is several years old and it still works great. I'm kind of on the fence about this product right now just because I bought a brand new one that broke.Original Review: This is my second one. My best friend was having a lot of issues with his neck and shoulders and his arms. He has nerve pinching and things that flare up from time to time. So I let him borrow my massager to see if it would work for him and it was amazing. He hadn't felt that great in a very long time. So I bought myself a second one because I love it so much too and just let him keep the first one. I've had that first one for over a year and it still runs like new and the second one is just as great.

Deep tissue massage at the press of a button - amazing

This thing is deeply weird but utterly amazing!! When you turn it on it whirrs and the balls start rotating and it feels like it's alive.. but the effect is incredible. You can move it around your back and adjust the intensity just by pulling on the straps, and the balls give you a proper deep tissue massage. I get tight knots in my back and shoulders and this really gets into them and helps relieve the stiffness. I highly recommend it!

This is amazing! Been debating for ages about purchasing, then after seeing demonstrated on QVC took the plunge. Bolo was less expensive, and another 20% off, free postage plus ordered 10.30pm and it was delivered the next day. Brilliant service. The device itself is well made, sturdy, I was little worried about the weight on my neck but honestly doesn’t feel heavy at all when in use. Love the option of different heat/pressure settings and comfort of use, it feels like someone’s actually massaging my shoulder - I have long term shoulder problems and constant pain - this has helped so much with pain relief. Love the enclosed leaflet showing other body parts it can be used on, would have never thought of calf muscles It’s on my list as one of my best buys
