I installed it on my dock in about 45 minutes and it works great.

I have written this seller through Bolo twice explained that I received their product it is sturdy but you need to put it together so that it can be installed. The only thing was parts with predilection holes and absolutely no instructions or even an exploded view they offered me$20 off.

I love this ladder it is sturdy and everything else, but the one thing I like more than anything is how wide it is. I'm disabled and it makes it really easy holding on and moving down the ladder!

Placed this on my outside dock. Works well and very solid. Easy to pick up. Only complaint was the hole and pin lineup to secure the ladder was off by the thickness of the pin. A better design or latch could be used.

The package arrived today. Four (4) days from order to delivery. This is pretty good.However, there was no hardware (nuts & bolts) or assembly instructions in the package.It appears that the major components are all there. Assembly appears to be fairly simple so instructions are not a big issue. I have contacted the supplier through the Bolo web site requesting the hardware. We will see if I get the hardware.Over all it appears sturdy, but I am unable to test it without the hardware. The square edges of all the tubing are sharp. This is not ragged construction just very square, so be aware it might scratch skin. The treads are covered in a stiff ribbed rubber. They are 1 1/4" wide, okay for climbing out of the water, but you won't want to stand on them for long.

Very dissatisfied.1. No instructions in the box or online anywhere. It ain’t rocket science, but it did take me awhile to puzzle it out.2. Two holes were 1/8” off, so I had to redrill.3. One hole was not drilled at all.4. In several respects, the photo on Bolo does NOT match the ladder I was sent.5. The rubber strips on the steps shown in the photos are thick & ridged. Mine were thin and smooth.6. Some of the welds were not properly dressed and filed, and one was incomplete, exposing a cutting edge.7. The protective powder metal-coating was not uniform and was missing in several places, exposing the ladder to corrosion in the saltwater environment.8. There was no hardware to attach the brackets to the dock, so be prepared to make an extra trip to the hardware store.9. The only reason I give this ladder 3 stars (60%) is because it isn’t total junk.There were other problems, but suffice it to say that the product had very poor workmanship, which probably wouldn’t pass Day 1 of a metal-working class.

Do not buy! This ladder came with no Instructions. The holes were not drilled for the accompanying hardware. There is no working website for questions about the product And the company could not be reached.
