NSP (National Sanitation Foundation) and USP (US Pharmacopeia) products are made according to FDA current good manufacturing practices using. For women, he recommends 200 mg. daily. A pharmacist recommended Klean Magnesium ATHLETE Glycinate is one of the best reliable products in the US. It contains 90 Vegetarian Capsules, 120 mg. and suggested usage: 1-4 times daily. I missed reading "ATHLETE" and its suggestion. 1) 1-4 times daily which is inconvenient; 2) pricey containing 120 mg. 29%.

The cleanest magnesium you can find. Yes it's pricey but the NSF Sport certification is worth it to know it is tested to a standard. It does what it's supposed to. One of two things I take every day.
