Great product to have when your going out to eat (I love food) blocks out all the bad carbs. Best part about it is no caffeine, and keto friendly . Try this out if you need help with weight loss

I take this supplement before a large carb and/or fat laden meal,with Berberine.The combination of the two supplements has helped me maintain my weight through the large holiday meals so far. I just purchased my 4th bottle.I'm able to tolerate 3 capsules at one time. But I suggest starting with one, to gauge your tolerance. Also, do your research on Berberine, it works for me.
