I love this stuff. I have a high tolerance to just about everything including pre workout. So the first couple time I took this I measured out twice the recommended dose. I thought that after one or two times I’d develop a tolerance like most things and twice the dose would suffice. I was wrong. I now take the recommended dose or less and 30 minutes later at the gym I’m sweating bullets and feel great. Sweating billets may sound uncomfortable but it’s not in this case. You don’t feel like your burning inside and you aren’t itchy or anything. I have found my caloric burn rate has increased since using this and I know I’m loosing more weight than I would without the product. The taste is a little intense, taste similar to that sour candy spray kids eat but honestly, it is a potent product and I don’t know that they could do away with the intensity of the feel and taste without it being less potent. Which I then would be less value for your money. I’ve had this bottle I think for a little over a month, I use it daily and I still have plenty left. The one thing I would warn you about, is don’t use it if you don’t have a few hours before you need to put long sleeves/work attire on because in my experience with you will continue to swear for a while. I took it earlier this morning and when and worked out for an hour and I’ve been home for about an hour and 45 minute and my forehead is still sweating. I run at the gym for the first 30 minutes so I know my body is really young and typically burns off all the pre work out I had been using in that time but this stuff is different. I love that it doesn’t feel like pre workout. You don’t feel jittery or super high strung. You’re still relaxed but have more energy and get a better and more productive workout in. I have recommended this to all my friends that workout and all that I’ve heard from love it too.

Sadly even when it is a good product, I cannot get past the flavor. I will go back to my old one when I finish this one.

I bought this product as part of the innosupps stack that they recommend (worth it to get started for sure). I liked how easy and straight forward the directions for the supplement was. I did not get any weird feelings from this product, but did notice it got my sweat going. The flavor is great, recommend keeping in the fridge and just taking a shot of this cold rather than mixing. If you aren't going to workout, dont take this unless you really want too. It has lasted me a bit (I got this and the peach ring flavor [both awesome]) Taste for both I have does have a bit of more tart than sweet taste, just a heads up!Using the complete stack I lost about 35-40lbs in about 5 months from 240ish down to resting around 205lbs. Keep in mind I also train minimum of 3X/week and have some caloric deficits in my diet (but still enjoyed sweets, alcohol, etc) during this journey. INNOSUPPS was a new venture for me, and glad I wen through with this investment in this product for myself. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water while using these kinds of products as they recommend.

I'm not usually one to take supplements like this but I thought I'd give it a try after seeing a few IG Muscle Heads swear by this product. As a matter of fact, the only supplement I ever really take anymore is creatine but I've found myself looking for a little boost lately and see if I can get some quicker results.It's been about 2 weeks of me taking this product and I have to say, this product is amazing and does as it says!!! My pumps are amazing, my energy level skyrockets after my first couple of sets and the product taste great. At one point during my workout today, I actually felt like I was levitating. I'm noticing significant strength gains and able to push through what would be my normal fatigue, with incredible focus.If you're on the fence about this product, don't be. Definitely give it a shot. I will for sure keep this in my regular regime!
