Had no idea what exactly Schwarma was but was looking for something to flavor up another boring grilled chicken breast so bought it! I put some on when marinating and grilled! Wonderful! The next day I had leftover chicken so cut it up and put in pan sprayed with olive oil. Put some more Schwarma on added low sodium chicken broth then put Greek yogurt in slowly and stirred.....My goodness! Love it!

Perfect for grilling. The flavor is rish but not spicy. Even the picky 5 yr old loves when I make chicken with this. I also use this to season a lamb roast or lamb on skewers. So good.
