I got this senior formula for 2 of my dogs. They like them being soft chews. They don't have a smell, I need to crumble it in soft can food for 1 of my dogs because he is missing his front teeth. He smells everything and this vitamin doesn't bother him. He's still has energy thanks to the vitamins.

My elderly German Shepherd suffered from the joint issues her breed is notorious for. We purchased these to try out because they were cheap. We were shocked at how effective they were. They really perked her up and she was much more playful.On top of that, I once had to call their customer support for some advice. My big dumb Dobie puppy escaped his crate while we were at work and ate an almost full tub. They were super helpful and knowledgeable, put me at ease with stories of a Dobie the csr used to have, but then, FOLLOWED UP a couple of weeks later just to check on him. I recommend these to all my friends.When my German Shepherd passed away due to old age, we gave her leftover vitamins to a friend to give to his "shop dog". She also had fantastic results and was much happier and able to move around. Good stuff and great customer service.

These vitamins have really helped my dog. I bought them when the vet discovered a malignant tumor on her leg. I wanted to make sure she was as healthy as possible in case she needed chemo (thankfully she didn't). After a couple weeks I noticed that she had fur growing back where she had bald spots before. And not just any fur, but light colored, soft puppy fur. I always thought her fur loss was due to her getting older. I asked my vet if he thought her fur growth was due to the vitamins or the tumor removal, and he said it's probably a bit of both.She's also moving around better due to the Glucosamine. She is able to run around and no longer has a problem walking up stairs. The vitamins only have 200mg of Glucosamine, but she's only 13 pounds so it's enough for her.She doesn't love the way these taste, and won't take it as a treat, but she has no problem eating it when I break it up into her food.

Dogs love them! And never let me miss the "Vitamin Time". The changes in my 14 year old Aussie/Border Collie are significant! Huge even! He has pretty bad hips and has gained a lot of his spryness back! He had severe foggyness of both eyes, was ALWAYS scratching or gnawing on himself, had hot spots, and scabs. Just an overall unhappy boy! Now I kidd you not, his eyes have cleared up tremendously! You can just see a hint of foggyness now. His coat is shiny and softer than ever. Almost all his hair has grown back in his hot spots since he no longer scratches and chews all day. He walks around like a new man! Or should I say struts. I know that it is helping his arthritis because he used to struggle and moan when laying down or standing up. Now he literally bounces up and plops down! P.S. I also have x2 - 1 yr old chihuahuas who bounce around in anticipation of their young dog vitamins by the same company (one of which is a garbage disposal and the other a picky princess).

In our entire life, and years and years with Bolo, we have never written a negative review.And as an attorney, it is not our motive to disparage this Vitamin and its company.However, this product arrived on Thursday evening, April 4, 2017, and we immediately gave our healthy, 14 yr old 10 lb, Barrister, one vitamin with her dinner.To not make this an epic, after never-experienced, intense agitation at 1:00 AM for 45 mins, we knew the 24 hour Vet was urgently needed.Getting in car, she had her 1st ever seizure, followed by 4-5 more by end of day Friday at our regular (22 years) Vet--all the time being told by the attending docs that she Must be put down, even providing a private room for a 'death vigil.'When she began licking my face and wagging her tail, albeit barely able to stand and somewhat cognitively impaired, all the time hearing 'it is time; she cannot survive', we decided we had seen her seining and could endure what was to come, and would prefer she die in our arms at home, thus, we left.One long week was all it took: of no walks, not eating (11-7 lbs), barely knowing us nor able to walk wit falling, and incontinent, while letting Google Vet sites give us guidance, she is now completely her old self, eating like horse, barking (almost never before barked and sleeping on our bed...she never, never slept there)...AND NOT ONE SINGLE SEIZURE SINCE April 5th...Thankful to our God, we are grateful for each day we have left w her... but are not we all?Just give your pet, to start, a teeny, tiny bit of one vitamin, and slowly titration up--if they have no reaction.Vets said was 'no way' it was the vitamin, and I still have hard time believing it was...But she DID react to something that was Not a medical concern... and though vets say 'once a seizure, always seizures', our Barrister, and us, seems blessed to have beaten the medical odds..Our Best Blessings to all....

Really effective cost efficient vitamin for large older dogs. Delighted with the results.
I have found these vitamins incredibly successful for my 10 year old Pyrranean Mountain dog. He was looking rather scruffy, some fur loss, vet said there was nothing wrong so tried the vitamins. After 3 weeks the improvement in his general condition was remarkable and his coat has grown back. He looks better than he has for a couple of years and he's more alert and active.
