I will try to update this review as much as I can. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that I had bypass surgery 12 years ago and started gaining weight back in the last three years (20lbs). I'm 41, 5'4", and my current weight is 165 lbs. I also know hormones and stress play a considerable part in this.Day 1: I took the Water Weight Away (WWA) and the Complete Detox Matrix (CDM) as soon as I finished my lunch. I didn't drink any extra water, just had my regular intake. Felt more energetic throughout the day and didn't have snack cravings until dinner time. I usually go to bed late, around 2 am, and that's when I took ONE pill of the 15 Day Cleanse (15DC).Day 2 (April 6th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night; I felt like using the bathroom as soon as I woke up, but it was just gas/bloating. Two hours later, it hit me; I really had to go and spent around 20 minutes in the bathroom. No runs, just normal consistency feces. Took WWA and CDM after lunch. No water intake increase. No cravings until dinner time. 15DC before going to bed, this time with the recommended 8 oz of water.Day 3 (April 7th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night. Had to use the bathroom right away, for 20 minutes. No runs, but softer stool than usual. I took the WWA pill in the morning with 8 oz of water and my coffee. I'm feeling thirstier than usual, so I'm increasing my water intake. I'm also starting a caloric deficit diet today. A couple of hours after having lunch and taking the CDM, I had to go to the bathroom again. No cramps or discomfort, just the urgency to go. I've started taking the CDM, I haven't felt the need to snack or even hunger between meals.Day 4 (April 8th): Same thing as the day before. Unfortunately, I haven't lost any weight yet — still 165 lbs. Instead of one 15DC pill, I will start taking two as recommended.

Just go this today, I took 3 pills one from each bottle and took it will 2 boiled eggs and 2 sausage patties with a glass of orange juice and 16oz bottle of water. 45 mins later I am in the bathroom. I can feel the difference in my stomach.I will update more in the coming days.

This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 - 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains - all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn't even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this "detox" but - delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I'm worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. Thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic!

While I have only just started this, I just want to point out that if you decide to take the "15 day cleanse" pills when you go to bed at say, 9pm, you will absolutely will absolutely wake up at 4AM and have to sit on the can. You will then get up and assume you are done, but you are not. maybe grab a bottle of water really quick and something to read.you're basically signing up for an hour of dumps. I'm kind of grateful I didn't eat a lot yesterday, and when I say there was a lot, there was a lot. I'm talking a pile encroaching up and over the water.I'm not sure if the best idea will be to take these in the morning and expect expulsion at 2pm, or if I put up with the wake up calls, or just not bother with taking these specifically. And really, in hindsight I don't think its that good of an idea to take what is essentially a laxative for 2 weeks straight. You do not want your bowels to get used to...blowouts as it can affect your normal regularity.

Only 4 stars because the cleanse portion was rough and very disruptive. I was hoping it would be like I read in some reviews where you wake up early and suffer with diarrhea for 20 minutes once but it wasn’t like that for me. I was having to go 4-5 times a day for like 10 minutes at a time. I just can’t work like that. I stopped those but have continued the water and detox, 1 of each every day with lunch. I’m down 5 pounds in 4 days! I have increased my water intake and noticed I’m not snacking. No bad effects so far from the 2 I’m taking. I’m going to continue taking them.

I bought this product to use prior to restarting my workout routine. The apple cider vinegar and water pills I took first thing in the morning with breakfast and they helped lose water weight, control appetite throughout the day and regulated my energy. The cleanse I took before bed and when I woke up around 4/5am the bowel movements were productive and the gentlest I’ve experienced. Still a little intense but nothing that would make you regret using them for a week.
