Pay attention to the instructions. It says to preheat steering wheel cover in warm sun. I put mine out in the direct sunlight for two hours if not more it wasn’t easy putting it on took me about seven minutes. The steering wheel in my Honda Accord 2002 is 15 inches in diameter. The inside measurements of the steering wheel covers 14 1/2 inches it will work. You just got a little fight on your hands is all.

I ordered a new item and it came was not new and was also falling apart thread coming out which was so disappointing as I’m all the way in the Bahamas and waiting for this item expecting it to be new.
