Update: although the cords are not durable and we've replaced them multiple times, I increased my rating to 5 stars soley for Hatch's customer service. Hatch reached out and offered a full refund.We are on our 3rd cord for our hatch light and I'm not impressed. Number one, I'm surprised this children's item is not sturdier and two, why are the replacements so expensive? It's really frustrating to buy an expensive nightlight/noise machine and have something as simple as the plug in fail multiple times over. It made it work though and we didn't have to buy a new noise machine so I gave a star for that.
