No greasiness and minimal to no sheen. I would even put it comparable to asian sunscreens. I have skin aqua uv super moisture gel and both their finishes are basically the same. The banana boat texture is almost like whipped, making it airy and easy to spread.I also appreciate the self sealing rubber valve on the bottle. However the bottle is not completely filled. If you put the bottle against a flashlight, maybe the top inch and a half of the bottle is just air.Given the active ingredients, it would probably sting your eyes if it manages to get in there however.Very minimal kind of sweet banana scent. You won't notice it after putting it on unless you put your nose right up to your skin.

Works really well with my sensitive skin, no white cast either and it smells well. Be mindful also that if you have a cut or bruise on your face it will stink.

It feels very lightly hydrating and pretty decent on the skin. Doesn’t settle in my pores on my legs like other sunscreens do, or leave any cast. Had a light sheen after application but seems to soak in or go away within about 10 minutes.My only negative is the scent. It’s that banana coconut scent that banana boat is known for. I read some reviews saying it was a light citrus scent on their website which is inaccurate. It’s not light. It’s not citrus. It doesn’t smell bad, just like fake coconut. And I am not a fan of it. If it was unscented or had a very light fresh/clean scent it’d be top on my list probably. I’ll finish the bottles, but I won’t repurchase.

This is my favorite body sunscreen. I've been using it for a few years now. I like it because it absorbs completely and quickly. There's no sticky feeling on your skin and there's no white cast, there's a very very slight fragrance. I saw some reviews complaining about it stinging your eyes but I've never used it on my face.

This easily absorbed into my skin and left no residue; however, it burns my face. Therefore, I always have to use a different one on my face.

It's usually like applying a thick layer of bitumen to your face that, try as you may, never rubs in. This stuff is great to apply, beautiful scent and easily absorbed into the skin without leaving white streaks or oily residue. Most importantly though it just works. Didn't burn whilst using it despite being in 32° heat of Indian ocean.
Smells awful
Ugh. This sunscreen smells absolutely disgusting.... fake pineapple fruity bleh!!! Avoid if you have any sense of smell at all.
