My earlier pitcher died due (I suppose) to the hard water we get around here,, and rather than repair it, it was cheaper to just get a new one.

I was shopping for new blenders, not wanting to break the bank right now. Finally I saw this and thought I would give it a chance first to see if sharp new blades will make everything good again. Quality product here, came with the tamper, and I love the smaller size (56 oz). Made my 4 year old NutriBullet feel like new again... shorter cycles, a little less noise. The motor does not strain like it was with the dull blades and sounds basically like it did when it was newer.But one thing, NB, you know this pour spout is a constant disaster for customers, such a simple thing, why don't you improve it? Every time do I have to get purple blueberry smoothie all over the outside of the glass and onto my counters. How many of these things do you sell? You must know they cannot pour smoothly. C'mon already !
