The container was a thicker cardboard with a plastic interior wrapping to keep the container safe. Wonderful graphics on the outside of the box that explain everything about the business without being overly forward.The item itself was the perfect size, had a matte black finish that assisted in both the overall appeal as well as the gripping of the container. The lovely hand engraving was solid with no niches or odd sections. Holds both hot and cool beverages well and is super simple to hand wash. I'd heavily suggest that if you're a military supporter or just like military inspired items, that you pick one of these up. It's a perfect gift for that military family member if you're wanting to gift something not overly complicated.Overall. This company does a wonderful job with every section if the transaction. From producing a fantastic item in a short time as well as packaging and shipping; to reaching out personally to make sure that your product was recieved in a timely manner. I would rate it higher if there was such a standard.

My partner, a former Marine, got the 32oz tumbler and raved about how it kept his drink cold even while he worked outside in the Fl summer heat despite being black. I ordered the smaller one as his was a bit unwieldily in my smaller hands. When it arrived, the lid was cracked. I contacted the seller, MVP, and they immediately sent a replacement lid , which I got the very next day. I left it outside overnight to see if it would keep cold longer and the next day, it was still cold and had a small amount of ice remaining. It doesn't leak when turned over and it does not sweat. It has good grip with the raised flag design, not likely have it slip from my hands. An excellent product that does what it claims and is sold by a veteran owned small business. Win, win!Two years later - still great for keeping things cold. My only complaint is that the lid is hard to clean. The lid collects hard water deposits quickly and I have to disassemble it to clean it. There are lots of nooks and crannies that could harbor mold in the lid and I have to use a toothpick to get at some of them. It is a bit tricky to get it back together properly to get it to seal. Wish I could buy an extra lid for it so I could swap them out to clean it. On the good side, I have knocked it onto the floor a few times and it has not broken or dented. Overall a great product and still pleased with the purchase.

The logo on this cup is engraved into the cup so it will never wash away which is awesome! The size of the cup is also a big plus while still fitting into your cup holders. Being a veteran owned business makes it even better. Perfect to keep your drinks warm/cold or just need to hide what's in the cup. 10/10 would recommend.

Great tumbler, use it everyday and have it on the side pocket of my backpack but the lid stays nice and secure especially compared to some more expensive name brand tumblers that would leak on my walk into work

This is a great, attractive, large coffee to-go mug and my husband who served in the United States Marine Corps loved it. (one of a bunch of birthday presents). However, it cannot go in the dishwasher, which makes it less than perfect. Somebody is going to forget one of these days and run it thru the dishwasher, and then we will see if the logo stays on, if the plastic lid melts or doesn't melt, and why they said "not dishwasher safe." :-(

This is hands down the best tumbler I have ever owned. I tend to buy a tumbler or two a year, but I think this one is a keeper. The finish is amazing and it just feels good in my hand. It’s comfortable to drink from and seals very well when closed.I drink green tea every morning and keep it in here to keep it nice and hot. The cup works so well that the first time inside it I scalded my tongue from how hot it was! The water at work is set to about 185F and I think this was so well sealed it raised it by a few degrees. I made my tea, sealed it almost immediately, and went back about an hour or so later to take my first sip. Big mistake!Now I leave it with no lid on my desk for 30-45 minutes to cool down before I seal it. Sometimes I’ll forget and come back 2 hours later and it’s sill very warm. So be careful this thing really keeps the temperature hot.I have not tried cold drinks, but I’m sure it will hold well. My tea is always warm or even hot after an 8 hour shift so the claim that it keeps drinks hot for up to 6 hours is definitely true.This thing is definitely worth the money. I may just start giving them out as gifts. I wish I could give it ten stars.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my retired Marine Husband. He absolutely loved it! He is very hard to buy for and most gifts just sit, as in the other items he received that day are unwrapped but still in the gift bag a week later! This he opened and loved. It did however arrive with cracks in the lid... I requested a replacement, no issue, was handled quickly, thru Bolo. The replacement was shipped immediately, we received it in just a couple of days. I still need to drag my lazy self over to the Bolo Returns Drop off at Kohl's to return the cracked one.The cup is gorgeous, very solid, the logo is beautiful... This is a solid well made product. Oh, like I said above, hubby lets gifts lay around for awhile, the replacement mug arrived in Monday's mail, he picked it up, washed it and was using it for coffee that morning, before I even woke up! Yep, Perfect gift! Oh, and the packaging says it has a lifetime guarantee!
