My mommy brain isn’t really there anymore. I’m able to remember things and the names of things a lot better than before I started taking this. I take it with my morning coffee and I just feel so much more energized and that says a lot considering I have a newborn. Can’t really speak on sleep, considering I have a newborn, but I definitely think I can fall asleep a lot easier than before and sleep deeply for the few hours that I get. I will continue buying this product and recommending it 10 out of 10.

Updated: Changing the review to 5 stars as customer service is amazing and they resolved my issue and says a lot about a company that actually has great customer service.I ordered Fresh Cap in the past and it's been about a year and figured I needed some mushrooms in my diet. Things have changed, I received the product today and was kind of shocked how small the container is compared to when I ordered them year+ ago. I guess everything is getting more expensive and the quantity you get shrinks. I still like their product, just sad how expensive everything keeps getting.

I don’t know if it's the lion’s mane or just placebo and wishful thinking, but I feel sharper, less foggy, and mildly invincible. Toss it in coffee and you’ll start calling meetings just to show off.

Does not mess up with the flavour of my smoothie
I was waiting with the review too observe is effects but so far, after two weeks, nothing special is observed. I go to gym, usually intensive muay thai sessions, during which i usually die haha. I Don't feel that not i have a better endurance, but even if i did, it might be because i evolve as i go everyday. And i am close to my 40s. Hope this helps.
