Weighing just 3.7 oz (105 g), ADC's all-new Adscope-Lite 619 is a durable yet lightweight stethoscope with the acoustic performance you'd expect from an instrument costing two to three times more. The combination chestpiece offers an ultra-sensitive diaphragm for greater amplification and crisper high-frequency transmission as well as an extra-large bell for unsurpassed low-frequency response. The 619 also features Adjustable Frequency Design (AFD) technology to further enhance the acoustic response. The clinician headset, designed to withstand thousands of cycles, features a double-leaf tensioning spring and a reinforcing yoke molded into flexible PVC tubing. Comes with a free scope ID tag and two pairs of Adsoft Plus Snap-on silicone eartips (one large, one small). Individually acoustic tested. Lifetime warranty and free parts forever.

Works like it intended too. Overall sound quality very good and works better than any other non “littman” product. If you can’t afford one of those then this is your best bet, at getting something that you can use until you can get one!! So far so good, no complaints.

If you can afford a littman buy the littman, if you’re on a tight budget buy this! I can hear my own heart and others easily as an EMT in training. Stethoscopes do not need to be expensive to work well.

It’s good for lab classes but you have to listen very closely. It fits in ears well. And comes with different size ear pieces to make it comfortable!

Moi je l'utilise pour régler des horloges comtoises, c'est parfait. Par contre en utilisation médicale je ne suis pas sûr que ce soit le top. Mais je ne suis pas spécialiste en ce domaine , alors mon témoignage vaut ce qu'il vaut . Ce n'est qu'une impression !

Ausreichend, um Herz und Lunge unseres alten Hundes regelmäßig abzuhören, da jeder Tierarztbesuch zu sehr viel Stress führt. So höre ich sie regelmäßig ab (habe entsprechende Kenntnisse) und nur bei Veränderungen geht's zum Tierarzt.

Acheter pour écouter le cœur du bébé dans le ventre de la maman, nous n’avons jamais rien entendu.Ni le cœur du bébé, ni les battements de nos propres cœurs.Totalement inefficace.
