I just received this product, today Nov 11th 2024, and this company has sold me a product that was made over a year ago and has expired as of October 2024. For some reason I can't return it but why should I be stuck with an expired product? Even the plastic that suppose to protect the package is also ripped. How dare this company sell me an expired produc and keep my money? I will never again by from Anabtawi and I don't recommend anyone buying from this company because you will lose your money and end up with a stake product, which now I can't gift to anyone.

I was so excited to come across this item and was so ready to enjoy when it arrived. YUCK! The worse tasting thing ever. It smelled & tasted stale. This is NOT a true Middle Eastern Baklava. The pieces are so small like doll size food. Its almost a year old as it was made in January 2022 and its now December 2022. The dates say its fresh till 2024 and that is FALSE.

She had some family visiting from France as well as Canadian friends back to her house. I advised her to open this gift with people around and "share". Everyone was so surprized and I could hear the ouuuus and awwwws over the phone. Everyone thought it was a beautiful gift and it was all gone in a very short time. She did save me some pieces and they were varied in presentation, taste and very fresh! We all loved this gift and feel there is value for your money. People also commented on what a beautiful box this speciality came in.
