The box had obviously been tampered with, missing items: bell, small hex nut that will attach the reflectors. But the product itself seems to work well. I didn’t realize there was no kickstand. I did get this as a returned like new product so perhaps that’s why the box was torn. Aside from that I would buy again.

My daughter loves her bike. Overall the bike looks really good, and was okay to put together. The one thing that was difficult was setting up the hand brake. The settings take some tinkering to get just right and was a little frustrating. But overall, a great bike

I do not recommend this product. The instructions were not understood clearly. It is not sturdy. The tool that was provided was notSized correctly to tighten the wheels or handle bar. An overall headache 0/10 do not recommend sadly. I actually loved the accessories especially the bows for tassels on the handle bars. My 6 year old was devastated after waiting so long to ride it. As it took forever and still did not completely come together. Very usetting to know she got a pleasant surprise and didn't get to enjoy today! Also the gear line was not attached either!

This bike was easy to assemble, easy to change settings, like seat adjustment,The frame and gears are very well made and designed with safety into consideration.Side wheels are great to lean independently.My kid loves this, I recommend this for 4-8 years old kids
