Did not fit in the hole in my counter. Requested a return it was approved shipped item back. Got tracking number that shows it was delivered back to sender. Still waiting on refund

So far, so good it replaced another range we had that was long overdue. I was reading reviews about the heat elements, not heating up enough and it was a little concerned before it was delivered but after use, it’s quite a bit different than a regular range and the heat elements auto detect the pots and pans when they warm up, it’s got a temperature safety feature. So far, we have not had any issues with cooking anything or boiling water and so much easier to clean! If anything changes, I’ll update my review but so far so good we really like it. It’s a great value for the cost.

Item is working good so far, I know it was a return item they sent me because all the little accessorites was not there,but i kept it because I got a good sale deal on it, and someone may have just return it because it may have not fit their need.
