I have such sensitive skin, I cannot use regular soap bars. Even Dove sensitive causes breakouts and hives. I was using Cereve face wash for years, then began traveling more and I was curious if this bar would even work for me. I was so happy when I used this on my face and body in the shower and it left me clean and not dried out with no skin reactions at all. This has made travel so much easier now that I can take this one bar with me to wash my face and body without having to take bottles of face wash and body wash with me.

Such a nice soap for the face - Feels incredibly clean, leaves skin feeling moisturized, and has a wonderful light scent that really doesn’t linger. Has helped immensely with breakouts & keeping facial skin even-looking.

I am a 55 year old man. My wife and daughter were giving me a hard time b/c I have always just used whatever soap to wash my face. Apparently you don't do that in this day and age. I bought this at their recommendation and now apparently my face is clean and better. My face is supposedly happier and might even look like my face for a little longer. It's definitely clean if that's what you are looking for. Smells nice but barely smells which is nice. Oh yeah - it never gets all soggy and mushy. Nice and solid soap bars. You got to love that.

I totally love this soap. The moisture content in the soap allows you to get a nice foamy soap which glides over your skin and leaves skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. I have an allergy to fragrance so this soap is perfect for me. I just love it. Highly recommend.

I initially bought this so that I wouldn't have to take a liquid cleanser in my carry-on. When it arrived, I wanted to test it right away just to make sure I wasn't bringing something that didn't work for my skin on my trip. I've used CeraVe products before, such as the foaming facial cleanser and the moisturizing cream, and I've had no trouble with the cleanser but the cream did burn or sting my face sometimes. I've been using this cleansing bar for about a week now and I absolutely love it! For reference, I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin, so I can pretty much tell right away if a product doesn't work for me. I'm also very acne prone and recently had a really bad hormonal breakout, So I am very cautious about the products that I use on my face. Because of the acne breakout I had, I went on both topical and oral acne treatments that made my skin pretty dehydrated, but I can still get oily from time to time. So needless to say my skin is very finicky.This bar didn't burn at all, cleanse my skin really well without it feeling stripped, and felt really nice on the skin and rinsing off. Almost immediately I felt how soft my face was but I wasn't sure if it was just the excitement of the product. Then my boyfriend, who didn't know I was trying out a new face product, made a comment about how soft my face was.If you have really sensitive skin and you try to stay away from ingredients that you know are irritating, I would highly suggest trying this. It's completely fragrance-free, even of masking fragrances, so it doesn't smell the best. it honestly smells like unscented baby powder mixed with a little bit of caulking paste but I got used to it. This also lathers really well which I like because it's just a nicer experience, but it doesn't have the harsh surfactants that strip your skin. I also use this to double cleanse on the days where I'm not wearing any makeup, just sunscreen, and I don't feel like I'm over drying my face and I feel really clean afterwards.Overall, I think this is a great product! If you're looking for a travel friendly cleanser or if you're trying to stay away from single use plastic or if you're just in the market of a new skin care product but are very sensitive to a lot of ingredients, I think this is definitely worth trying!

I hate bar soap. Let's get that out of the way. I love CeraVe. Has a pleasant light clean smell, rinses off completely, doesn't cause any weird skin reactions and get this IT CLEANS MY SKIN! I know, a lot to ask for right? I'll never use a different bar soap. I do use the liquid face wash by CeraVe. I cant say there's a difference in liquid to bar on my face. I use both.Please CeraVe people, don't change ingredients!!

Great soap substitute for sensitive skin
I have suddenly developed very sensitive skin, reacting to anything with a fragrance. GP advised washing in water only but I did not find this very nice, especially as I am using very greasy petroleum based ointment. This bar cleans effectively and I have no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this.
