Love this little dispenser. So easy to charge and it stays charged for quite a while. I wish I would’ve gotten one sooner.

My family and I use a natural spring to fill up our water jugs and we have an electric water cooler at the house. Well my partner and I were going camping and I hate taking water bottles so we brought the jug and I had used one of these at work so I bought it for camping. In the middle of the night on our camping trip Hurricane Helene showed up so far inland that our area is usually used as shelter. Homes have been destroyed, power out for four days so far and no water. Luckily I keep these 5 gallon jugs of spring water and this product, while not intended for my home use, has been a life saver keeping my family hydrated for the past five days. There is so much destruction everywhere but I’m so glad I made this purchase and powered it before the camping trip. The battery life on it is great and rechargeable once we get power again.

We were thinking of replacing, and upgrading our water cooler unit. Came across this water dispenser unit and decided to give it a try. We did not have high expectations because it looked kind of gimmicky. Received nicely package and instructions were easy to follow. Charged the unit overnight. Easily placed the tube/hose into the unit and down the 5 gallon water jar. Tube went all the way down to the bottom. Pushed the button to dispense water, and water flowed out with very little noise from the unit. The unit is made of decent quality, and although it is not meant to screw onto the top of the water dispenser, the unit does not jiggle or not loose. Because of this, we have decided not to pay for a new water cooler unit. We had to figure out where to just place the 5 gallon water jug - and not on the floor. Walked around the house to check for any ideas and in the backyard we had a 2 foot height wrought iron table. Brought that into a corner Od the kitchen and the jug fits on it perfectly. The water dispenser is accessible to the entire family. So far we have gone thru half of the 5 gallon water jug and no recharging required yet. The unit itself is very lightweight.

The media could not be loaded. This fits perfectly on a 5 gallon jug. Operates easily and fills a water bottle quickly. It also holds a charge for quite some time. We've emptied three, 5-gallon jigs so far and it's still pumping. The silicone hose drained every last drop. Not too noisy either. You do need two hands, since you have to shut it off, but for the price I couldn't expect anything more!

Received the joyhill pump (not generic, as some have experienced). It came already charged, and was intuitive to instal after sanitizing. There are clear instructions for anyone who may need them. Fit the jug perfectly and worked as advertised. Will update with charge hold and any issues if they arise.

At my local water store, they sell these crocks to put your bottles in upside down in with a stand. We could not afford the electric kind, so we bought one of these crocks with a stand. And we get it home and could not believe each piece was $50 and the stand was the most shoddily made thing we've ever seen. And this place is reputable in our town. So we bring the entire thing back (both parts), because if it isn't going to make my water colder, then why spend $100 on something just to hold it (and hold it so wobbily, we were afraid it was going to tip over)? Then we found this thing. And it changed our lives. It was around $10 (90% less than the stupid crock and stand) and it works better! I do not mind drinking room temperature water. We have air conditioning so it stays cool anyways. So, I don't even know if we're going to buy a water cooler (we usually buy water coolers), as this thing works so well and it's cheap! We hardly ever have to charge it, too! The only complaint is the noise level, but it's not horrible and we're used to it. Yeah, do yourself a favor, save some money and buy this instead of a cooler or anything else. It's awesome!

Once USB charged this unit simply sits on top of vertical 5 gallon water container with inlet hose going all the way to the bottom on one side..The design does indeed get all but a cupful of the water and so far the charge lasts longer than two containers..Simple button press to get water and button press to stop water flow..Does have an automatic timer for fill about 9 cups for coffee carref. Quiet and so far no drip when finished..For my older water bottles the unit does not attach so it can be knocked off but is generally stable...

Would like for the battery to last a little bit longer but we charge it about once a week every 10 days and do it when we are out so we are never without a charged device. Pumps the water well and no problems at all
