I got this for my college ccma class since the ones they supply you is awful. It's way better then the one I got from college. Once I'm done college I'll be using it in the clinical field.

I had their cardiac III stethoscope previously and LOVED it but I am currently in NP school. This stethoscope (the Cardiac IV) is amazing. I can hear the lung sounds and heart valves much clearer than with the III

I am a veterinary technician and this is my first stethoscope. I did a bunch of research ans realized that I needed to buy quality the first time. Yes this is an expensive item but it does a great job. I bought the all black setup with a blue stem. I also got a fabric cover for the tubing because I'm surrounded by tons of animal hair and various bodily fluids so any protection is great. I didn't read the manual and see there is an indent under the head that shows you which side you are on. I've had it for about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. As a bonus my job's CE allowance covered it! Vet techs out there check on that at your job!Recommend.

I have heard so many good things about the Cardiology stethoscope.... I am so glad I purchased one! Littman is the leader in stethoscopes so that was a no-brainer. The sound quality in the Littman 3 is amazing, but the Cardiology takes it to a new level! It is lightweight, came is original packaging and is beautiful! I am so happy with this purchase and will recommend it to everyone who is in the market for a new stethoscope. The price is really great too and is well worth $199.

The best on the market
My wife is a cardiac CCU RN, I'm Ana paramedic. I don't use this because it's not needed in my practice a se classic 3 works fine but she uses it and I've used it, definitely makes a difference. It's her must have work tool.Really can hear the valves and contractions much clearer with this VS my scope
