I’m not sure how well it works with sweaty yoga and it’s probably way too thick to support any complex poses, but it is more comfy for stretching and gentle floor work.

I just received this yoga mat. The color is kind of roses or lavender. I think it was a good value for a color that I wanted. I need it for stretching and light exercises in my apartment so that I don't have to lie on the carpet. I can also use it to get my heart rate up at home. It is very nice and thick.

This Gaiam Essentials yoga mat is very comfortable thanks to its thickness—it’s great for protecting your knees and back. Since I spend many hours sitting, I use it to stretch and do relaxation exercises, and it really helps with tension in my legs and back.It comes with a strap, which makes it easy to store and carry, and the size is great even if you’re tall.Just be aware that it can get slightly slippery on smooth floors, especially if you sweat. For that reason, I recommend not leaving it laid out all the time on slick surfaces, as it might shift a little during use.Overall, I really like it and use it daily. Good quality for the price.

This is definitely the most comfortable Matt I’ve ever had, purchased this one back in October 2024.I took a star away because of how easy it wears down over time, I have another matt from 2020 that has no marks or dents (however not nearly as comfortable or squishy) and I really expected this one to at least make it a few years with me.I work out anywhere from 30min-1 hour a day every day doing calisthenics, Pilates, or yoga, so unsure if maybe my usage is more excessive than others, but now I’m looking for a new matt and am torn on trying to buy a better brand hoping it’s just as comfortable and more durable, or just buying this one again knowing I’ll need to replace it in a few months 🙈

I really like how thick and long this yoga mat is. It provides great cushioning, so I don’t feel the hard ground underneath whether I’m sitting, standing, or kneeling during my workouts. It’s super comfortable and supportive, which makes exercising much more enjoyable.The mat feels durable and the size is perfect for most routines. Definitely a great choice if you want extra padding and comfort for your yoga or fitness sessions!

It is well worth your money, since it can be used as a pilates mat, conditioning in a ballet class, or everyday workouts. Super easy to transport and also super soft cushioned and comfortable.

If you are someone who is tall, this is a good yoga mat because it is longer than many you’ll find out there. I appreciate the thickness of the material as well, even though it doesn’t look like a triple decker thick yoga mat, it is! I have owned this and used daily for my morning yoga and weight work for about two months now. I’m about 175 pounds and haven’t encountered any discomfort where I felt like my knees or elbows are pressing in the ground. Especially in the knees, that cushion is so uncomfortable if it isn’t thick enough. Don’t worry, with this one, it won’t be an issue. It is grippy to the floor and the ridges nicely catch your feet when in difficult poses. I am also glad it didn't come with that gross rubbery/plastic smell. It folds up nicely and has a little carrying strap if needed.10/10!
