We recently switched to Caldesene Cornstarch Baby Powder with Zinc Oxide after using Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength and the original Diaper Rash Cream for our twins. While we had high hopes for the Boudreaux products, they unfortunately caused more problems than they solved, leading to persistent diaper rashes.Upon discovering Caldesene, we decided to give it a try, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! It took just a few days for our twins' rashes to clear up, which was a significantly shorter time compared to our previous experience. The combination of cornstarch and zinc oxide has made a noticeable difference in preventing and soothing their sensitive skin.What we especially love about Caldesene is that it is talc-free, which is a huge plus for us as parents who prioritize safety and gentleness in our baby products. Amazing!! The only product that helped my sons mild but persistent rash. He had redness on his bum for over 2 weeks that no amount of creams or balm would help and I tried so many different brands. This is the only product that can keep his bum totally dry! Definitely messy and hard to apply but worth it.

This is an excellent product. My Grandson had a bad diaper rash and we had to get antibiotics to treat him. This saved us until we got him to the doctor. It kept the rash at bay and dry without spreading it. You will be very happy you bought this because it works.

Works much better than regular cornstarch powders and has a light refreshing scent that won't interfere with most perfumes. It has some "stick" to it so adheres to skin rather than it falling to the floor. It works very well for breast rash... Way better than pure corn starch to keep rashes and smell away. I docked one star because the bottle is small and you don't get a lot for the money. It lasts me between 2-3 weeks if using twice a day on a few parts of my body. They need to make larger bottles that are more economical.

I bought this after my son kept getting diaper rashes. We tried so many brands of butt pastes and they just didn't do the job.So it was time to try something different. I searched for a talc free baby powder and found Caldesene. We noticed improvement within the same day.We're so glad we switched to powder. My son has been rash free for about 6-7 weeks straight 🙌. I highly recommend this to treat and prevent diaper rash especially for sweaty babies in the summer!
