Nice, soft and thick. Waist band is not constricting. My daughter is at the top end of the size chart for 4-6 years. She's 46.5 inches tall and has long legs, short torso. She's 46 pounds. They fit perfectly. Probably can get a year or two out of them. They are very, very pink out of the package, but when you put them on, they lighten up and appear to be ballet pink. That may have something to do with the fact that they fit her nicely and not loose at all. Her other pair, which are a bit big (and a different brand) stretch all the way up to her chest. These are perfect and hit her right at her waist. The "hole" at the bottom of the foot is pretty large, but not uncomfortable in her ballet shoe. Again, this may be because she's at the top end of the size chart. The larger hole helps her 'convert' the tight very easily. I wash in a laundry bag and air dry. I felt this was well worth the value - getting 3 pairs for the price of 2... and some brands 1. If it runs, I have back up!

These are great and affordable. It's hard to spend more on something that is only going to be worn for a recital. The dress my daughter was wearing was very rough and although the tights pilled a little around the rough areas, they kept her legs protected. They fit well and the fact that they are convertible was a plus.Update: More than a year later. These tights are still going strong and my daughter finds them very comfortable. We gave one pair away (of the three) and have used the other two and they have held up great. This will probably be the last show we will use them in, because she is outgrowing them. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy these again in the next size. (To be clear, we are not using these weekly, but they have been worn for several shows/dress rehearsal/etc. and are holding up well. Even the pair that pilled a bit because of the scratchy costume kept going strong.)

My daughter needed these for dance class as a quick replacement. They did the job. Fit well, comfortable and will hold up for many uses with proper care. I would purchase again.

These tights are comparable to big name brands. High quality and comfortable. Size is perfect and they are durable. The only issue I have is they a bit on the peach side rather than ballet pink. But they will do for practices. Easy to get on and off. The transition hole is perfect.

I am not tall and not slender and I worried that these wouldn't fit or that they wouldn't stay up once they were up (the roll is real: IYKYK), but so far, so good. I'm wearing them around the house to make sure I can wear them on stage and they are comfortable and stay put. They're convertible, with a hole in the ball of the foot, but it's not noticeable when wearing, which I was worried about. The three-pack means I won't have to be hand-washing every night, which is an added bonus! They are thick enough to be completely opaque but they're not so thick they'll be too warm on stage. The color actually looks like medium fair Caucasian, not too pink or fake tan.

I needed these tights for a production I was in and these were perfect. I had a show every night so having multiple tights was great and having the option to put the tights around my ankle instead of on my foot was great for quick changes.Overall perfect tights, I will definitely be buying them again and are a great price for the quality

These are the best tights ever! My daughter dances competively so we go through a lot of tights between dance classes and competitions, these are better that the high priced popular name brand her dance school suggested. I have purchased both the pink and the black multiple times and will not buy another brand now that we have found these. My daughter says the waistband is very comfortable and the opening in the foot that makes these tights convertible doesn’t stretch out or bunch like other brands have. I hand wash these in cold water and hang to dry and they hold up very well, we have never had a pair rip or run despite being worn for competitions and multiple dance classes a week.
These don't run easily!

good winter-weight tights
I did not buy these for dance. I chose them specifically to wear under skirts and dresses in the winter because I don't prefer nylons/pantyhose as they snag and run so easily, as well as stretching out and sagging. I also needed to be able to preserve the toes when I take my shoes off so I chose the transition foot. These fit that need perfectly. My only issue is that they are kind of yellowish-beige and less nude (at least on me). They do not look as nice when more of the foot or leg is showing. However, I am happy and will continue to wear them, but probably only under long skirts (and certainly dress pants).
great tights!
These tights are great! Perfect fit, great color, and fairly breathable material. The only problem I had with these tights, (has only happened to one pair so far) they got a little tiny strand hanging out, so I cut it off, but then a huge hole ripped out of it! But I’ve worn a different pair of these tights to quite a few dance classes, and I’ve had no problems with them. Personally, I think they’re excellent tights, especially for the price. Update: These tights are really nice. Not sure why the first pair ripped, but the second and third I’ve been using once a week for months and they’re still great! I’ve also put them in the wash and they remain intact and any stains come right out of them.

This a good price for 3 pairs and the tights are comparable to the more expensive brands. When they first come out of the package, they do look very peachy, but don’t let that deter you! As you can see in my photo, they are “ballet pink” when they’re on. They stretch very nicely and fit very well. I’m very pleased and will be ordering more!
Great quality great price
I love these tights! Have bought this brand in the past for my daughter for dance and they have held up extremely well for nearly two dance seasons! I put them through the washer and dryer too. No tears! And my daughter is extremely rough on her clothes. Bought the tights without the foot holes from this company as well. Will buy again!
