My anxiety calmed way down, and I stopped spiraling over every little thing. I’m also sleeping like a baby now, which I haven’t done in years.As a woman in my late 40s, I’m really focused on keeping my cortisol in check, and this is the only natural thing I’ve tried that actually works. The most noticeable and greatest benefit to me is quality of sleep. For the first time in as long as I can remember (6-7 years) I am finally able to sleep through the night without waking a single time. No exaggeration, I do not recall a single night of unbroken sleep and there was a stretch where I was up 3-6 times per night. Before taking this, even after 8+hrs of "sleep" I was having a hard time getting up and felt exhausted every day. No amount of sleep ever seemed to be enough. This has made a life changing difference for me as I am awake and alert throughout the day even without the assistance of caffeine. I'm not sure if this is another benefit of this supplement or just a benefit from the better quality sleep but the difference is incredible. I have noticed that I have some incredibly vivid dreams occasionally that I tend to remember for longer into the day.I have not noticed more or less anxiety but others I know who take it have said it is a night and day difference in their lives. FYI, I take one in the morning and another in the late afternoon rather than both at once.

I HIGHLY recommend using Ashwaganda! I was first gifted this supplement from my mom and after I finished using it I was slow to reorder and I wish I would have gotten it right away. This product truly is helping my sleep more deeply and I have more energy throughout the day because of it! It feels easier to complete my to do list and I have more motivation! I only take one a day instead of the full dose of 2 and it seems to work great for me!As soon as I started retaking this supplement I noticed the difference within a few days. I'll never go back!

I am extremely reactive to lectins. I get a terrible itch when I eat them. I normally take a different brand of ksm66 with no problem but it is out of stock. This brand had it of my mind with itching. My research shows it is the way the root is processed. We are all different this just my experience.
