I ordered Pears glycerine soap because regular soap had left my hands scratchy and dry even with lotion. I hoped the change to Pears soap would help. It has been exactly what I needed. My hands are soft and smooth even without lotion, which was surprising to me. It also has a lovely, pleasant fragrance. I highly recommend it for its fine lather, nice fragrance and non-drying quality. You can’t go wrong!

The stuff works great. The smell is very unconventional. I mean you can tell it's from a long time ago. It has a timeless essence that while not for me did get me very clean and did not dry out my sensitive skin so I can say what I will about the sand which wasn't unpleasant. I'm just saying I didn't like it, but the soap works great and it's especially good for sensitive areas if you know what I mean.
