Tastes very good and has a good protein amount especially if you have a nice protein shaker to go along with it, I don’t taste any powder when I’m done mixing with fat free milk so there’s no texture just smooth chocolate rivers lol, obviously after I drink it I have to go to the bathroom usually during the workout but it’s nothing crazy, I love the tub and the scoop it comes with but when I’m getting low I gotta put my whole arm down and I get powder on my arm hairs T.T

I don't have equipment to evaluate health, validate protein measurements, etc.But I can say this is the least chemical 'chocolate' tasting protein powder I have consumed so far. Maybe has a bit of sugar in it comparatively... but tastes great. I like blending ice cubes, 1 banana, and 1-2 scoops of this for a tasty smoothie.

According to Optimum Nutrition: Optimum Nutrition protein tubs have a cardboard barrier that helps hold powder in place during shipping. This gloss white protective disk should be stuck to the top of the tub. Venting features may be visible on the seal to reduce pressure during transit. Check the seal on the outer rim of the tub has not been tampered with.The seal on the one i ordered (that actually arrived) was some cheap paper - as though GNC added it just to avoid the bad reviews. The flavor also has a weird after taste. You're better off ordering from another supplier. They also deny refunds even when using Bolos A-Z claim. Waste of Money

Any time I try another brand, it plain sucks, has too many additional ingredients, tastes off etc.I usually get Whey Isolate Chocolate Bliss, but thought i'd try vanilla. Although it tastes good, not too sweet, i do prefer the chocolate but it was out of stock.Whey isolate is my go to, no gas or bloating, great taste. Sure it can be a bit pricey but it's worth it imo as i always have something that tastes great and never gives me digestive issues, from a company that's been around forever.

ゴルスタの他のプロテインの苺やバナナ味に惹かれたのですが、乳糖不耐症なので一択でした。飲んでみるととても美味しくて続けられそうです。他の味も出ると嬉しいなぁ。
