First off, let me just say I was really worried about some of the reviews that talked about your hair coming out green. I have very stubborn gray hair and I have super sensitive skin so a lot of dies I am allergic to. I decided to try this to see if it was going to work and if I was allergic to it. On the first step, I was super worried because when I mixed it up, it was very green a dark green. When I applied it to my hair, I got even more worried because it just seemed to me that I was gonna come out with a green head. I started to believe the other reviews before I had finished leaving this on for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I rinsed it and I was pleasantly surprised at the light brown tent that I canโt came out with and Iโm not allergic to it so that was a super plus for me. I will definitely buy this product again.

Horrible!! Makes a paste and you have to brush onto your hair but while you wait the 45 minutes the henna starts drying and cracking and flaking everywhere. Then you wash it out and you get green and white hair! Itโs great if you want to look like a chia pet!

I gave it five stars because of its natural ingredients. If you donโt mind it washing away quickly then this is the products for you.I would recommend not washing your hair as often after you used the product but if you must, I would suggest using a color safe shampoo.It is quite easy to mix and grateful for beginners. If you are a tea drinker, then the smell will not be offensive to you. It smells like green tea to me. Iโm a black woman with combination hair, meaning the texture of my hair range from a 4b to 4c. The product was easily applied and absorbed into my hair. The result was quite natural after rinsing it out which I loved. I should mention that I did not use shampoo or conditioner after rinsing it out. This was to preserve the color a bit longer since it is a natural product.

Realistically, I would say it is about a 3.5--I prefer natural things over chemical, any day, so I thought I would give it a try.It does darken hair pretty well, yes. But it does also wash out a little too easily, on its own, so you do have to be mindful.In my experience, thus far, it is best used when mixed with either a "dark" (or at least green) tea, or coffee, as it reaches a better darker shade, that way. But when blending it for application, I do also strongly advise blending it (literally) hot; make sure the water/coffee/tea is hot when mixing it, since heat obviously helps to dissolve and absorb faster. Furthermore, I do not and would not leave it applied for the allotted time; I would say easily twice as long (between 1 and 2 hours, for better result).But obviously, as with any hair colour, make sure your head/scalp is covered to keep the moisture in, for it to do its job.

I like the fact that this product is organic, but the color doesn't cover all the gray hair. There were some stubborn strands that look as if they were not colored at all. I follow the instructions but kept on for an extra 15 minutes the instructions suggested.

I have very thin hair due to androgenic alopecia. I am currently under medical treatment and my dermatologist recommended this natural brand to help with my grey hair and not cause further damage. It really worked for me! It didnโt thin my hair or irritate my scalp. My natural hair color is dark ash blonde. I used the medium brown and itโs a bit darker than my hair color but it covered the greys. This image is me after applying it 2 months ago. I think I could go 3 months. I would also say perhaps it worked better on me because my hair is darker. Previous reviews from individuals with lighter hair have had bad experiences.

This product is disgusting, I was supposed to order the burgundy color, but it only turned into a green paste, I had a small hope that the color would change in my hair but that didn't happen, instead I was left with a horrible smell in my hair, a very strong smell despite washing my hair 4 times and using other things to get rid of the smell, and it also gave me a very strong headache, this product is 0 recommendable, it sucks
